ummm...auto? lol, auto's so ya missus can drive it and like that is eva going to happen! 6 speed mate,310 rwkw and 650nm of torque, but every car is a little different so maybe we are having a bit of luck on our side and have a fraction more clearance than you?( also mine is a ute and I get a lot of wheelspin, so maybe that is stopping the torque movement a bit) will definately keep an eye on it though. now all we need id for k&n or someone else to bring out a filter for us.

and how much for the setup?

hey phantmxr6, been checkin it mate and there are no marks whatsoever on the snorkel and I have done 1000kms with it on so far, but I will take it on board and keep an eye on it (mite get the hot air gun onto it) thanks for the info mate

yeh bubble burster, no problems here either, at least 15mm clearance on mine

Hi spinifex, the lower cost me $160 from memory from FTG autosalvage in Vic and its a simple swapover. remove the torx bolts from the top half of the airbox and swing it to the side remove the old CAI by taking out one plastic press in insert at the front and pull it off the airbox remove the 2 bolts on the upper top of the lower securing it to the engine bay and lift the box out. reverse the process to install the lower manouver the CAI into position and push the plastic insert back in to secure the CAI pipe when I tryed to close the bonnet it was resting on the top of the mouth of the intake, so while it was rsting there I lookied into the gap and saw where it was touching, got a blade out of a stanley knife and just kept trimming the top of the mouth till I was happy with the closing. if you have any dramas I can take a closeup of the mouth of the CAI so you can compare it to the new one and see how much was trimmed off. 3 1/2" dump pipe + 2" wastegate pipe = snappier throttle response ( comes onto boost quicker). made a big difference in my FG
