$50 to put my car on some beerwah hicks dyno...dont know about that. their dyno is prolly a couple of 44 gallon drums with a piece of 2" water pipe through the middle I may come down, see what I get up to tonite

done the fuel filter? have also heard that resetting the throttle position sensor by cranking it over with the accelorator flat to the boards helps sometimes(car wont start with it flat)

dont know about the engine failure as I was running a dump pipe and cat before I got my tune, but when I got mine done it brought the check engine light on and when I checked the code it was cat efficiency. With the progressive learning computer in the FG series it recognised that my cat was less efficent than before and put the warning on ( lucky I have the x-cal 2 flash tuner and I can remove the fault light and got the handpiece reprogrammed to eliminate the problem. And yeh, keep the heat sheilds on mate.

check on e-bay Pube, they sell for $12 for the iridiums there mate, pre gapped to .8mm I think, but still check the gaps yourself

Hey bluey dont be afraid to ask questions and post mate, that's wot the forum is for. Definately worth doing the airfilter or airbox, but IMO getting a custom tune would be the go as it will give you better fuel economy and more power and the cops wont know you have done it!!

I have to agree with typhoon freak, stainless steel(if that's what yours is made from) is a lot harder, or denser steel than say mild steel so as it heats up it will absorb a bit more of the sound and make it a deeper note. mine does the same till it warms up a bit

depends wot alpine amp you are running for the subby. I just installed one and it has high level inputs for off the speaker wires, connected them to the rear speaker wires and it rips! no noise or interference coming through it at all.

yeh the pop tarts! but I went to canada in february and they have heaps, and dr peppers everywhere and I went nutso on it and reece pieces . man they so much good chocolate bars and cereal. I miss golden nuggets and chocolate nuggets brekky cereal and all the school holidays I used to get. and my dog too, I had to have him put down a few months ago cause he had a massive cancer growth in his leg

yeh, a little bit exy still mate as the capa x-cal 2 + custom tune is only $1200 and you can adjust your parameters via laptop to an extent
