Sorry its been a while since I was on the forum, and I didnt mean for my response earlier to sound glib. What I meant was that it IS a little confusing, but if you persevere and read the manual carefully then it should work for you. But I didnt go on to explain how to do it because presumably the OP has the manual to refer to. Anyway its a moot point isnt it because as it turns out he had a fault! So glad it was fixed for you!

I'm selling my Focus at the moment. I went to pull out the Log Book to prove that I had always had it regularly serviced. Guess what? The dealer NEVER stamped the book! The only stamp was from my friendly local workshop who I've been using the last year and a half. If I had an extended warranty I would be even more pissed off.... Lucky I kept the receipts though! Lesson: ALWAYS check the book after every service and make sure it was stamped!

Well Bob did the tint for us today and we went for the 18 on the back and 28% on the sides. It looks awesome and not so dark that you can't see when driving around. Bob is a nice bloke and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for your tint job.

Hey boys and girls, Bob is doing my G6ET on Thursday and I'm unsure how dark to go. What are people's thoughts on getting 18% on the rear and 28% on the sides? If anyone has a pic of a car with that setup that would be awesome. The other thing I was thinking of was just going 35%, which is the darkest legal. Does anyone have this? What are your thoughts on it? Do you have a picture? Basically I'm concerned about police attention and safety (don't want to be responsible for running someone's kid over), but would like something nice and dark. Cheers!

Its Sensation Drives beautifully and I don't think she needs a Limited Slip Diff...

Hi everyone, well this is my first post (found this forum while doing some research on what car to get) and I thought I would use it to gloat that I have just ordered a G6ET, in Sensation, with the Shadow trim. Not sure yet how long it will take to arrive. A little while ago during discussions the dealer suggested about 8 weeks but we haven't yet been given an official estimate. Anyway sounds like it will be a nice little Christmas present! Despite all the gloom merchants around at the moment, I'm convinced that (for features and cost) this is the best car that Australia has ever made and, if I may paraphrase, I just want one!
