I put my new GS on the dyno last week and it went 307.5rwkw or 412rwhp with 321kms on the speedo. it was a hot 36 degree day and I just drove 100kms to get to the dyno. then I fitted a twin 3" exhaust and got a custom tune and it then went 404.7rwkw or 542rwhp. it has 9.5lb of boost and is a 6 speed manual. it is still making power at the 6500rpm redline so I might get it changed to 7000rpm. now its a fast car to drive..   2. I use a 170 degree thermostat but its best to get a flash tune so you can get your fans to come on earlier otherwise its not going to give you the desired result....cheers

  7. hi, the X-FORCE cat only flows 400rwhp tops. the best I got out of one was 401rwhp.. the std xr6t system with a 4" dump and a 5" cat flows 345rwhp so the dump and cat is more important than the rest of the exhaust....cheers
  8. hi, that's the figure I was working with.. what ever hp you have at the rear wheels is aprox what kw you have at the flywheel.. so 286rwkw divided by .746 gives 383hp so this is normally what kw you would have at the flywheel....cheers
  9. iv seen a std FG F6 pull 286rwkw with no mods. then with a tune it pulled 307rwkw. then with a 4"dump pipe and good cat, 335rwkw.. the FGs have bigger injectors and a good intercooler as std and the head flows better than std aswell.. even the block is different along with rods, pistons and computer edit....cheers
  10. hi all, the FG F6 is 380kw standard at the flywheel, not 310kw... all other F6s were 310kw standard not the 270kw that ford stated...I have never seen a F6 pull less than 304rwhp on a dyno and iv seen many.. but the FG I saw with less than 200kms on the clock pulled 286rwkw with a 6 speed manual.....cheers

    350 Rwkws

    hi, for your 350rwkw you will need a bigger cat than the x-force one. they only flow about 300rwkw.. I use a 4" dump with a 4 bolt 4" flange into a 5" cat.. I also use a walbro gss294 or gss341/342 fuel pump kit..the std pump can only take about 320rwkw.. you will get close to 350rwkw but the inlet plenum is the biggest problem from here on..you could try a 12mm inlet plenum spacer to increase the inlet volume by about 10%.....cheers
