Its about that time when I've got sick of the stock 18" BF xr6t rims, so I'd like the opinions of all to help me come to a decision as to what to get that looks really good... Pics of any types of wheels... Typhoon Bf, Fg etc..... Lenso.... would be great, especially if you guys have them on your cars already..... Cheers and thanks......

just to clear up what I was saying. I bought the car privately, but the guy said that he had been able to find phoon rims/tyres for that price. but being new to the T, I didn't care much about the wheels at that stage.....lol....but now its biting me on the arse.... thanks for the feedback..

although I take all the care I can when driving around town, I have managed to get some damage (scaping) under the front bumper and also on the rhs side skirt. due to some highway k's I have also picked up some minor paint chips. how would you guys go about the paint chips, and also about repairing the damage on the underbody?? not visible when standing up, but I want it to look like new again....!! cheers.

Hi all, I've had my bf t for about 3 months now, but there are some paint swirls and minor water spills on the back seat. (f**king pissed me off too!!!) For a good car detail, I was wondering what actually gets done, I.e. interior/exterior, and how much should I expect to pay for such?

I'm pretty keen on purchasing some phoon rims for my bf t. when I bought the t, I was told that I could buy phoon rims/tyres (19s) with a 'trade in' for the turbo rims (18s) with about a $800 gap. does this sound reasonable or not? my 18s are in good condition, with just one rim having a small scuff on the perimeter of the rim. so anyone know who might have some for sale? willing to travel to melb, geelong and surrounds....im from ballarat. and also, any one have pics with the phoon rims on the bf t, so I can have a look to see how they look. cheers.

Hi all, I noticed yesterday that the '6' on the xr6 on my side skirts had been 'damaged'. It has lost its chrome coating. I was wondering where I could find a replacement badge, and if so, is it easy to remove/replace without damaging the paintwork...... thanks.

Hey PHANTMXR6, thanks for the reply. Yeah, sounds like a good idea. Cheers.

Hi all, I need some advice on how to take off pretty quickly in a BF xr6 turbo 6sp manual. (mostly on city streets) I'm not a hoon or anything like that, but let's say a late model SS came up along side me, thinking he has a chance against a T, it'd be nice to show him what all the rage about T's is for............. Some simple step by step instructions would really help.... I've heard of some ppl getting axle damage and the like from not doing it properly, so need some good advice from ppl who know how to do it without doing any major damage.... cheers....

Hi everyone, I've recently purchased a BF xr6t in bionic blue. Now, I take the best care of my car, but unfortunately today I nicked another car on the end of the drivers door leaving a small chip right on the end of the door about the same level as the door handle.. Is it work touching up or just leaving it? Also, opinions on stone chips etc on front, and same question.....

hi all, I really need everyone's opinion on whether to install a mesh grill on my bf xr6 t. I've been told it can inhibit the intercooler, which makes sense, but what effect will this really have?? has anybody done this? cheers.

hi all, I'm starting to hear more about flash tunes and how they give more power, better fuel economy etc etc. I really want to know what they involve, what experiences ppl have had with them and whether they are worth the trouble.... I have a bf xr6t, and was looking at this option in the near future cheers.

hi all, I bought a bf xr6t a couple of days ago. between gears, especially 2nd, 3rd and 4th, there seems to be a bit of a clunking noise that doesn't sound right, when the clutch has been fully released and gear has engaged. if im really careful and slow between gears its not as evident... but I still don't think its right either way... your thoughts......
