Had 2007 VE GTS and almost bought a 2008 FG F6 at the time of looking around.... 5 months later I sold the GTS and ordered a new F6 V8's sound good, VE's look pretty nice too... but the F6 is quicker and better on juice, comes down to you - Do you like V8 sound or do you like being pushed back in your seat when boost hits?

I'm not sure how yours was tuned, or how it matches up with an auto.. but I can say confidently my F6 as standard, and now in it's tuned form has NO lag at all (slow to respond to inputs?) everything happens when I say - probably the reason I went a manual in the first place. When's the new car coming?

Bilstein shocks with Dobinson's Ultra Low springs. I'd coilovers if you are looking at changing yours - XYZ are my choice as there is plenty of height adjustment down from what I have seen. They are on my wish list, with whiteline sways front and back

Got my GT-E lip off Thommo for $150 second hand - Fraud want $1100 retail for them... doesn't matter if your price it as a G6E Turbo lip spoiler cause it's the same part - what a joke... who would pay that? Also got another boot lid quite cheap and sprayed by a friend... so not a bad deal all up and I get to keep my old F6 boot and F6 spoiler for down the track.

Fitted the GT-E lip spoiler up to a new boot... Finally!!

Had Kings and Bilsteins... King's weren't low enough (SSL & SL) Have Dobinson's Ultra low's now with my Bilsteins and am planning to get coilovers to get it firmer (and lower) - XYZ's cause they sit low enough for my liking. Now days coilover prices have dropped a fair bit. Moral of the story - get coilovers and have ample height and damper adjustment to WHAT YOU LIKE, had a price of $1850 to fit all 4 on mine, will be adding front and rear whiteline sways when I do and have been given a price of $2500 for the lot. Bilsteins are about $1100, add springs ($400) fitting and wheel align ($400) you're already up in coilover price ranges

It's a generic catch can - not really made for any particular model. Have a look on eBay, you should be able to get one for $40-$110
