80 pound Bosch I think, still has standard cams and yeah it is a bit fat down low. Will eventually do a race fuel tune more likely e85 at this stage. Just got other priorities at the moment (wedding) head has had a fair bit of work. Bigger head studs also. Very street able until you give it some.

Looks like you are goin to have some fun mate. I run a t51r turbo in my ute and it made over 500 rwkw on pump gas. I also had a heap of head work done I think it makes all the difference when you are chasing big power. Have done about 6000 ks with the big tune and only a few small problems. Get around 500ks to a tank on the highway to which isn't to bad for what it is.

Didn't know there was something on in bundy. From memory the road to many peaks is not that bad. Have not been there at all this year though.

Nah iv still got em, only for another couple of weeks though and she has em for good. Will prob have to sell the ute and get a family car like a typhoon then

Mine took to the big twin plate pretty quickly. She drives it better thru traffic than what some blokes would. Since the car show it is " her ute " now so il have to get something else to play with.

With regards to a cruise anyone keen for one to many peaks pub. Got some mates with ss comys would be keen too.

I came back one time and she was bragging about how some kid in wrx raced past her com in out of a roundabout and she gave it a little squirt past him. I told her if she gets done for honing and losses her license it will be hilarious. And qik1 my other half must be different to most cause I gave it a rather large bootful with her in it one day and all she said was " is that all I thought it would go faster than that". She wants to do burnouts in it and drive it at the strip now.

Some people are idiots. Long story short me and the better half were lookin in the ford dealer on my days of last week and the salesman said to us when we looking at a new gt " stretching the budget a bit there are'nt we " just cause I go in there in my sh*t clothes does not mean anything. If he had of been a good salesman we prob would have left the fiancée shopping trolley there and driven out in a new gt. I think some people particularly salesman should not judge a book by it's cover ( unless it's a rolls Royce car yard cause I really cant afford one of them)

Geez lucky I'm working away at the moment. I could not tell you how much I pay only 2 places in town do 98 so when it needs fuel I just pull up an get it. What am I gunna do walk.... Cost me only couple of bucks to fill up dirt bike and I can't get in anywhere near as much trouble for having fun on that as in the ute.

I think a pristine original low kms gt or f6 will be worth more in 35 years. Can't see ford and Expensive Daewoo making cars like this forever and when they stop and go to all that gay hybrid sh*t the price of these will go up.

Well she won best girls car.... Don't think she will ever let me live that down.

She reckons she wishes she had of bought a turbo ute instead of her Mazda 3. She also wants a turbo or blown something for when we have kids.

Out west at work at the moment and there is a car show on. Fiancé spent the whole day cleaning the ute yesterday so she could go. She has entered it as a chicks car. I reckon it's great she is into it. Saves me cleaning it too as I'm too lazy. Sucks bein away but it is good that she has the motivation to get out and do this sort of stuff on her own. I even e mailed her all this stuff about it last night so she could have some info about it. I just would have parked the thing left the bonnet up and left it for the morning ha ha. :icon_ford:

I'd be keen so long as I'm not at work, which is unlikely at the moment. Car show in gladstone tomorrow if anyone is keen too I'm working out west so the better half is goin to take the ute down (chicks car tomorrow ha ha)

The et streets must make a huge difference hey anchor. My ute went 120 with another 200 rwhp but poxy maxxis tires.
