  3. G'day everyone, I recently moved here for QLD and thought I would say hello and hopefully see you guys on this up coming cruise... Also, being good Friday tomorrow and the weekend nothing will be open so I was wondering if anyone had a coil they would like the sell? I have been getting a wet fart type noise coming from the exhaust under load and today I got a "misfire chamber 2" engine light. So If anyone has one or many that have spare and want to get rid of that would be greatly appreciated :D

  6. Gday everyone, I recently got a shop to change my roof lining to black, I then got the trimms running up to the roof and painted them black. I also painted the sun visors and kept the lights, and jesus handles in white and it looks 1000000 times better in my eyes... Ill get picks up tomorrow when its light, highly recommended
  7. it has a 4" dump to 5" Cat to twin 2'5", I can hold put my throttle to half and it will stay around 6, but when I go full it will rise to 16+ psi
  8. Its a brand new actuator, and I can move the wastegate back all the way, there is no exhaust leaks or boost line leaks... shouldnt it only get to 6psi then stop?
  9. Gday, I recently got a new actuator put on and im wondering what type of actuator it is. It has a bar code on it with 445963 - 135 58330 04160 The reason im asking is because ive had boost issues and im trying to figure out why my boost is rising to 16psi ~ before I back of the throttle. And ive got the actuator connected directly to the turbo

  11. Gday everyone... I Have a Gizzmo EBC and Ive been having serious problems with it. I Have the Gain and Duty set to the lowest possible settings, meaning boost should only go to what my actuator is at right? Well mine keeps rising... Ive checked all the boost cables and there is no leaks, the waste gate fully opens and the solenoid is set up as per instructions...   12. Hey people, I Purchased a set of 20" rims from a shop online in Sydney, 8 months ago. I went to a tyre shop to get some new tyres put on to two rims, a few weeks later both of those rims started to loose air! I Checked them closer and there cracked, could it be the make or when the tyre shop put them on they cracked the rim? they did put one of the tyre on the wrong way (inside facing out)

  14. Gday, I purchased a dual stage boost controller from turbosmart and I hooked it up as the instructions told me to, From turbo to T then to actuator. I Put the knob all the way in and my boost is going really high, it went to 17psi before I backed off. Do I need to run it from turbo to solinoid, then to T then to actuator? Also does anyone have a forum topic which explains the best way to get a good reading from a boost guage? I have my BOV connected to a T piece, one goes to the Boost guage and the other goes to a big metal T Piece ( the one that connects to the brake booster) Im running v3 rapid aswell thanks
  15. I havnt got my car in perth, im only here for shy a couple weeks... Main reason I wanna look at how its spose to be set up, is I dont wanna drive 2500kms with it setup incorrectly.
  16. gday, I have a wierd request to ask. Im from darwin and ive come to perth for holidays, ive got a BF T in darwin with the rapid v3 kit on, and the peformance shop in darwin fitted it, but there is a few things im not 100% about with the way they set it up. Im going back to darwin on the 3rd jan and driving to townsville on the 4th and I havnt found anyone in darwin that has the v3 kit or any alike to look at. If someone from perth doesnt mind, could I come and look at your setup closely, I.e, blowoff valve leeds, my intake has lines not going to anything etc.. Any help will be rewarded, thanks.     Hey, on the boost guage it's spiking during a hard acceleration, it's a calibre guage, I'm moving to Townsville in a few weeks so if anyone can guide me to a good tuner there, I'll just get everything sorted there. Thanks
  19. He Retuned it and the sheet sais its 15psi but my boost guage is still spiking, any ideas? Could it be the way the guage is set up?

    Gday... Got my car to a good 333.4rwkw with Rapid v3.0 4" Dump 5" Cat twin 2'5" 60lb injectors Walbro Fuel Pump Valve Springs But I have a good question, I reciently had a post about my boost guage spiking to ~20psi, I took it back and he said the computer was logging 15psi So I got a new guage and he re dyno'd it and gave me the sheet with the boost sitting stable on 14/15 psi. But my boost guage is still spiking to ~20 PSI. Could it be the way the boost guage is set up or?
  21. Gday, I Reciently had my car tuned and the tuner said my car would get to 15psi and that's all. I Drove it away and I gave it a bit and the boost gave spiked past the 20PSI and time it spikes all around up to 20psi. I Called him up and he said the computer said it would get to 15.2psi and that's all, and my guage is probly fked, So I brought another new Caliber (Supercheap auto) guage and its still doing the same. Has anyone had this problem with the "Caliber" type guages?

G'day, I just did a lot of work to my car including Rapid v3.0, 4" dump, 5" cat, twin 2'5" catback, valve springs, 60lb injectors, walbro fuel pump. 326rwkw with 15 boost I gave my car a bit today and the engine light came on, I stopped my car and no oil was dropping or anything, my mate rkns it could be my car going "WTF is going on with all these new sh*t" bit I wanted to see you guys opionions.. Thanks

  24. Yeah, I went in there today and they said that they couldnt tune the car with the xcal3 with 60lb injectors so they have to do a tune to the ECU or something...
