had the tray on. and nah the tank wasnt all the way down but most of the way... undid the tailshaft and it was enough to pull one side down to get the cradle out
well finally got the tune today with 320kw/431hp atw on 14psi mods include -rapid v3 kit -60lb injectors -4inch dump, hiflow cat, twin 2 1/2 cat back system -walbro intank pump -custom tune by hitorque very happy with the result
hey I have a walbro intake fuel pump for my bf ute. I have seen the guide to installing into a sedan but was just wondering if there was one for a ute? I hear you have to drop the tank?
yer I was under the impression that the bfs valve springs were better then the ba's... I only really want 300kw atw... I still need to drive the car everyday and dont want to spend huge amounts on it...
well I have finally got some parts together for my 2005 bf ute. it came with a catback exhaust and the xcal 3. new mods are - -rapid v2 cooler kit -60lb injectors -walbro intank pump -hiflow cat might also purchase a 4 inch or 3 1/2 dump... what sort of power do you think it will make with the mods I have now and how much if I got the dump pipe also? *its a zf auto also. thanks...
yer mate that's the first xrt I had... then had a ba mk2 ute... now have the bf.... and just tried to upload a pik of the car karl but for some reason its not working... any pictures?
hi been looking at the rapid systems v1 kit and it says it doesnt come with an intake... just wondering if anyone has made there own intake... I have looked into the ones that you can buy but just curious if anyone has made up there own one?
yer sorry was for the one with the bulge... and yer I have looked at those screws down towards the cab.. would it be better to take the hardlid off to adjust the screws or just adjust them while on the car? and I would have thought the screws would slide backwards with the gas struts pushing them towards the rear of the car... would it be worth putting "locktight" or something to try and keep them from moving?
hi, I bought my 2005 bf turbo ute a few days ago and it came with a genuine ford hardlid. I have noticed that it hangs over the rear of the car a fair bit... was just wondering if there was anyway of bringing it back towards the cab so it has less overhang... I took it to my local ford dealer and he recons there is no real way to do it... I had a quick look last night for a topic already created about this but couldnt really find anything... if there is a topic could someone please let me know... thanks
yer well I would throw them a low offer... its been there for a while so might take it... but yer from the looks of it its clean and pretty nice... I just wanted to know everything about it and they couldnt tell me...
