  2. Not so much attracting boy racers but along similiar lines was out shopping last Sunday with SWMBO (yippee) and as usual park as far away from other cars as possible I'm talkin Chevy Chase at Wally World distance (if anyone has a clue what I'm talkin about) I've even got her in the habit now and come out of the shops no longer than 10 mins and low and behold there is the sh*ttiest, sh*tbox,sh*tter rust bucket right next to us with absolutely dozens of spaces easier to get at than the one next to us I'm sure they must have done it just to watch my reaction as we got back out to the car. This is totally frustrating no matter how much you try and protect your investment this sort of thing I guess is just bound to happen am I being totally paranoid better change those pills there's someone coming I can hear footsteps Cheers for now KATO

    Fpv Chamois

Sorry for the delay guys I have been trying to find their contact details and I hope this isn't considered advertising I just know that I have been happy with the product. I don't know if this will help those of you outside Brisbane but I'm sure they could arrange postage if you can't find a local alternative. The company is called Eazy Gleam Products (Cooper Plains Qld- I Think) I would suggest that if you contact your local panel shops that they could give you the name of their suppliers as an alternative for you guys interstate, as mentioned before it's my understanding that most body shops use this style of Chamois could be wrong? Anyway hope this helps. Regards KATO

    A New Competition

Thanks Curious, Yeah should have clarified about the 110 limit and yes 115 is still speeding but interesting to check some of these things regardless whilst were on Q&A time is it true that you cannot be issued a ticket from a camera if there is more than 1 vehicle in frame of the shot or is this perhaps a rumour. Sounds like I'm a real speed demon, not the case! Just interested to know! Cheers KATO

    A New Competition

Curious, Just curious (ha ha) this would only apply to camera's and not mobile units or hand held radar's etc these would be at the discretion of the operator? So in real term's setting cruise on 115k's on the M1 you should be safe????? Cheers KATO

    Fpv Chamois

Hi all, Just thought whilst on the topic of cleaning/detailing etc I would pass on some info about the best performing chamois available. A fellow I know that owns a smash repair place have only ever used the perforated style chamois and now so do I they are by far the best thing available to give your pride and joy a streak free and water spot free finish without scratching. They are very hard to get and are very rarely sold via the normal retail outlets I'm told because it would eat into there sales for more cleaning products required to fix problems caused by poor quality products I got mine through a wholesale supplier, there huge approx 1m square for $30. Just my opinion but with the results I've had I thought it worthwhile to pass on. Regards KATO
  8. Hi All, First post, just joined but have admired the site and it's content for a long time. Anyway thought I'd just ease on in with a non controversial topic such as this. Regarding the styling particularly the bonnet centre peice I have to agree with a previous post from LOK11 about the "Shaker" this would have been way out there when released and look at the icon status it receives now. Anyway I think that the bonnet feature will grow on people (yeah like mould I hear you say) and offer just another unique feature, the rest of the car looks brilliant no contest. Just my Opinion however. Once again great site, with from what I can tell some good people with some spirited passion for great cars. Keep up the good work. Regards KATO
