Since we don’t have a great double lane hwy network I’d like to read the ‘export’ advice on safe overtaking without being on the wrong side of the rd for an extended time. Even when there’s an overtaking lane that maybe 2km it’s still about 10km too short if you don’t want to exceed the speed limit an get booked by an oncoming radar. And as we know as soon as you reach a overtaking lane all cars go right lane sit on 100+ and you can still end up no better off from where you started.

Who comes to help a Ford man or RACQ? I tried to get assist when my T stalled in middle if Sandgate rd and junction rd intersection on a sat arvo when it was about 6mts old they told me they couldn’t help as dealers were closed after 12

The one on the Gateway is about 1/2 way between the 90km sign and Nudgee turn off going south. I assume the 90km zone is for those that don't know how to merge from the Nudgee onramp. About 1k or so before that there was an 80km rd works sign for 500m with no sign of rd works or workman. I wonder if a gun happy officer would book you for going through an incorrectly signed zone because the sign man forgot to remove them when the mower man was finished. If they’re going to insist on flooding the rd with cameras I think its only fare we get consistent speed zones. I was doing the right thing sat the T on 100km, hit the cruise from Sandgate through to bridge, lost count of the cars that past me and may or may not now get a photo ggrrr

Sounds like it was a day for tyres I went on a Land Rover run with 7 landies and we blew a rear tyre shedded it of the rim just when we were takeing on a 60ft incline straight up ar well I gues that's why you have front drive as well however I did miss the pace stop start every 40m was a bit boring

ford have been waiting for a fix since the first BA. Heat shield replacement fix for short term but it comes back get rid of heat shield get rid of rattle

I heard of this a week ago Toyota have a foot brake as well not a hand brake which would have been caught under mat as well. poor design all round at least with a hand brake you may have a chance to pull it up I remember a mates VK V8 vacationer wagon loosing brakes yrs ago wasn’t for hand brake we would have been up the rear of a flat bed truck

I heard this on my uncle new G6ET 2 weeks ago I thought at the time that's not right I thought he broke traction when changing gears? TC kicking in maybe? It would only be a fly sh*t in time you loose spark and I gues a fly sh*t in unused fuel out the rear just the same why to save gearbox? a assume the 270kw BF f6 didnt do it why now.
