Just a note on the coil angle , I had 2 coils fail at 43,000 Ks. A coil test wont find it , just examine them for small arc marks.

Valve cover is the same on all 4Lt falcon engines. The differance is the plastic centre strip has a bit cut out for the turbo cross-over. As for Q2 I have no idea. Cheers.
