  1. I think this is a great idea... I hadn't heard of it before. I think the KW/ Tonne should be even lower... after all when I got my bike license I was restricted to a 250cc bike for learning and P plates and that was a great way not to kill myself and learn how to ride. Why isn't this rule in place in NSW? my 2 cents worth
  2. HI everyone I'm just sitting in a Canberra hotel.. with nothing to do and had a great idea.... well I think it is anyway! What about a cruise where we all meet up for a nite of dinner drinks and chats.. and whatever else. having a look at the map, we should all leave our homes, Sydney, Melb, Canberra, Adelaide and meet in Albury for a nite, there are a few motel / resorts that can cater for all of us. Meet there have some fun and then take a different route home. Anyway I am just canvassing the idea to see what others think.. and if there is enough enthusiasim I will get some facts together. let me know what you think. cheers david

    Ugly Ugly

Its all been said before ... but certainly the standard AU is the ugliestcar of the last 10 years............... and to think something as beautiful as our machines had such ugly parents... who would have guessed!
  5. I am an audiophile.. sorta.... I know more about sound than most audiophiles even clain to. In a nutshell its worth ever cent, and in fact is pretty much as good as car sound can get.... given the frequency problems in a confined space. Don't bother with anything else... save your money for a good home system where you can really hear the difference. my 2 cents worth
  6. As per Mr White Tee. me and the feline will be there.... and if its half as good as the last, we'll all have a ball. So to recap, a room and a very large bed please.......(with good springs) see y'all then

  19. great to have another T driver around. I am going throught the same excersise atthe moment, and from what I am reading the motul turbolight 4100 looks like good stuff. I haven't tried it yet. I will when I work out how to change the oil!

  22. HI Everyone a certain feline is wanting to use my car and whilst I have put her off with the usual, running the car in properly, when I have more time, not tonite honey I have a headache, this is fast wearing thin. So it is inevtitable that she will drive it to the supermarket soon. So to stop the inevitable tears (mine) when my T gets home from a reverse to close. I would like some help. Does anyone have an aftermarket reverse sensing system they would recomend. Or is the factroy one the best and can you get it put in aftermarket? thanks in advance for your help
  23. I thought I saw Princess Di and Elvis on the snowy cruise. Did anyone lese see that, up in the trees?
  24. I agree with the 4wd comments, a friend of mine (and his family) was killed by one a year ago. He got pushed infront of a landcruiser with bull bar and they never stood a chance. Had this been for example an XR6T that hit him with crumple zones etc, he may still be alive. Anyway my 2 cents worth sats that at very least in the city they should have there speed lowered to say 10kms under the limit (at least). And a class 3 licence should be required to drive them. sorry for getting a little off the topic cheers david
  25. that's terrible, IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMEONE FROM FORD WOULD a) READ THIS SITE SOMETIMES b) DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS... YOUR LOSING A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!. I hope whichever car you choose it gives you many years of trouble free service. best of luck
