Any of you see the article about the red T in the last PF magazine?? That car has a custom install and it still uses the factory "deck". All the audio gear in it is MTX and it also has a couple of screens in it. The system is real neat and would be a thumper from the specs. Worth a read for anyone considering upgrading their factory sound system.

The Motorplex strip is very good here in WA, they do a good prep job even for the Wed night street drags. They always spray the sticky stuff at the start and about another 20m down the track. But in saying that there are still a lot of cars that brake traction of the line very easy. Killbot that is a pretty good time you got there and the power figure is way to low, something is not right with the dyno.

Just buy looking at the APS site there is no APS dealer/distributor/installer listed in WA. I was wondering if we will get anyone who will be able to fit the APS kits to the Ts here in WA or have I missed something? Would be nice to get the Phase1.5 with my T next year.

ISPY_STi, there were 3 different second hand XR6 Ts in to days Sunday Times. I am pretty sure if you rang around you would find one.

The car was a white ED XR6 auto, bog-stock no mods!! It has been sitting in the yard for quiet some time, as I had a look at it about 2 months ago! As soon as I saw the news I recognised the car and from the location of the crash I knew that it would have been that car and then they showed the yard and yep it was it!! From the looks of it the crash was at the last corner on Day Road just before Old Mandurah Rd. Its a back street with a 700-800m straight before this corner, which you would be crazy to take at more then 40km/h! RIP.
