it would appear nobody can... which is surprising because I would tend to agree it should be easy. I thought it would require 12V on ignition and that's it.. I'd be keen to hear if anyone has any more info.

Thanks Guys, I filmed the whole thing on my iPhone, with some home made wooden mounts off the tow bar. But the home made MDF mount shows itself on the bottom left corner, needs a bigger hole for the lens!! Been trying to put a story together for youtube, with my brothers fairmont and XR4... But I just can't think of a good plot. Any ideas?

You can definately get the Trico Neoforms, but they're application helper on the website isn't any help... You just need the lengths of the blades you want.. and that is it, the rest is history. so on an FG I measured 220mm on drivers side and 210mm on passenger and they are perfect, slightly bigger than the standards I think.

well, first you need to find if there is a problem.. what model is it? manual or auto? sedan or ute? hold a steady speed on a flat road and tell us what the instant economy says.. at 100km/h on the flat freeway mine is getting between 5 - 9 l/100 km. I have an FG XR6Turbo Sedan, Manual.

I doubt it is the oxy sensor after that little chestnut.. is your blow off valve leaking? 'wastegate failure' means that air ain't doing what it is meant to. your probably losing sh*t loads of air out somewhere in the intake... like where you have modified it. the ECU is probably completely lost.

when I worked at a dealer, we had a fair few coil packs get destroyed when washing under the bonnet. However better to pack up during a service than halfway to Queensland. however I dare say you should be very gentle with water around any ECU.

Hi Mika. all these blokes are crazy. Get the i5.. much better unit. You won't need the extra processors, not right away but once it gets old it will be much more useful.. just make sure you get as much RAM as your comfortable paying for. In general try the Mac, sounds like your ready to. It made me love my music, photo's and playing on the computer again, because its so relaxing to use, anything you want it to do just happens, it doesn't feel like work, no thinking just enjoying. I hear people telling me mac's are lame all the time.. that's great, good on them. I get the same about my iPhone...whatever... I'm not sure why they bother...I've heard SAAB's are great, they pick on me for buying a Ford. Whatever I think they are retarted, I love my car, I love my computer, and I love my iPhone. We are all individual, just some justify it with reason.

I'm with tab... sounds like a sensor of some kind is way dodgy. If I drive hard around town I never get over 14-15. I'm usually on 11.5 l/100. Mine a sedan, so I thought it would be worse round town. fingers crossed the dealer find something.

I have standard XR6T brakes, they squeak in reverse too....

I had the engine light come on my FG XR6 turbo about a month ago. Dealer told be the wastegate was having an issue, and got all attacking about getting a flash tune. haven't seen it since. pretty sure they just cleared the error though. how the fart do you fry a computer during a wash... dealer could be in trouble, high pressure hosing the ECU might not be a good plan!

I use different ringtones for different groups. they come through the stereo and it makes it easy to tell who is calling without knowing the number or seeing the phone. I have different Midnight Oil songs for Family. Frenzal Rhomb for the missus. Gorrilaz for one group of friends.. etc.. it works awesome. I have an iphone but I'm sure I used to do it with my old ass nokia too.

I don't really care who's 'fault' it is... you can't do it yourself, well not without some trickery that I'm not aware of. You have to get the dealer to fit it. I just removed the old and plugged in the new with no success, however got the dealer to fit it and all is perfect. I have OS4 on my 3G and now the custom ringtones are working through the stereo! WAHOO. On the Apple vs Ford debate...other vehicles like my parents BMW's that were built before the iphone work with the iphone so I don't think it is as simple as Apple's fault.. Personally I blame bluetooth inc. for not establishing a protocol that means all phones with the bluetooth logo work with all accessories with bluetooth logo. yep yep, my lady has a brand new Fiesta Zetec.. loves it.. the ipod and bluetooth rock and its cheap and fun and looks wicked... I like the interior, its funny that it draws so much criticism. You'll pay more for soft touch materials and angled dash in a BMW or Audi yet in the Fiesta people seem to want hard cheap plastics and a flat dashboard..

I would say your spot on there, I doubt there is any other changes that would affect the hub to guard measurement. I think seduced might be a little anti-Ford...

Warm Water, a good chamious and plenty of elbow grease is the only way I have ever got the windscreen clean.. everything else just leaves streaks...

I'm with little John.. Don't worry about it... if they ask just tell them your driveway is muddy or some sh*t. However I have never heard of the On board computer taking any notice anyway. Except on a Nissan GTR where it is made very clear in the owners manual on the first page that the warranty on the transmission if void if the TC is turned off or the vehicle is taken off the public roads.. nothing wrorg with a skid on a private road in a Falcon as far as I'm aware..
