I spoke to an aussie (Yes they still drive taxis) and he told me that his car had done 1mill k's and no engine drama what so ever now the gear boxes are another problem. Also the timing chains are not just an ordinary chain ie push bike chain much thicker and are driven of mulitple sprockets or gogs
