Its breaking down under load by the sounds of it .There could be water around one of your coil packs or the moisture has caused one of them to arc across to the rocker cover. Looks like your gonna have to remove the plastic cover on the rocker cover to have a look. It may also be a spark plug issue.

that's what I do. Mines under a car port and I cover it. Keeps all the dust off and keeps it lookin good

One or the sensors could be on the way out. Have you tried re uploading the tune

How long did you run the car for after you washed it? Could be a little amount of water somewhere so you may have to leave it running for a while to let everything heat up so the water evaporates. I've never ever had this problem when washing the engine and bay in any of my cars.
