Looks tops In white. Find this problem depending on what iPod/phone I use. I've found that using my iPod classic works best with the car. You could try speaking to ford service about the problems your having. Your car might need a software update from them

Mine did it. Software update at fraud fixed it. 140+. Fmd. What did they use gold plated brushes to clean the terminals
