Great info Lawsy.. Now I have a question for ya. Nulon have this product "Nulon Performance Engine Treatment" and its got this "Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)" in it. Is there any real benifit adding this to a change. They also have an engine oil flush.. Again is there any benifit? Robbo

I have a question. Hydraulic (Cant spell today) lifters. They are oil filled yeah?? How often would you think that the oil inside would be replaced. Do they fully drain when the motor is not running?? and re prime when the engine starts. Now I thought I had.. If they drained how would they work in the first place if there is no oil inside them. Im aware there is a spring inside that pushes on a cap that is held in by a retaining cir clip

Never thought of it this way. Ill run the car for a few mins after a change. Let it sit for a few mins then check

Well its spark plug and service time for my car so I went to Supercheap at Menai this morn. Picked up the parts that I was after but needed to talk to someone about the Plugs. I approach the counter and can clearly see that the plug stand is next to the counter. I ask " Im after some spark plugs." The person behind the counter who is now known as stupid bitch simply says "They're over there" pointing to the spark plug stand." I think ok yes I know that. I ask" Is there a booklet" She says "Yeah" I look in the book (bosch) and it doesnt have a listing. There are also other brands such as NGK and the like but there is no booklet for them I say "there is no listing" and stupid bitches body language says it all, making it look like a huge effort to move slighty over to the computer. So stupid bitch looks for a while and I have to point out the model of the car in the list. I get the jack of it cause she is clearly not interested "Dont worry about it" and pay for the parts I already had. Im only 24 and I used to be in the sales industry working for an electrical goods company. I would bend over backwards for my customers and if I couldnt find somthing I would call some one who knew. So I ask whats happened to good customer service. If anyone has similar stories post away

Pizza league Yarrawarrah (Engadine) its got a footy theme. Ie Roosters pizza Tigers etc. Great Pizza and they also do really nice pasta. Its on old bush rd Another good one from back home is Tuross Wood Fire Pizza. Last time the girl and I went back down the coast we went there and they are so nice.
