Ie if you bought the car in for some warranty work it would be good if the ford tech came back to you and said " Mate we've fixed the problem and whilst testing the car I heard a noise and I (the ford tech) wasnt happy with it so I fixed it for you" If your car went in for a service it would be good to find some ford merchandise in the car once its finished

Did the brakes on a Ba wagon which required to rotors to be removed.. Get a socket that fits the bolt perfectly and get a braker bar... Now its time to hang off the bloody thing,
Take the box to your tuner tell them what injectors are in the car and other mods. He should be able to give you a tune in order to drive it to his shop so it can be tuned properly
