Igsta Cheers mate , I had yet to discover the pen holder.No more ferreting around in the glovebox etc. Fuel Card holder does an excellent job of warping the card if you park alot in the sun.

It always brings a smile to my face to see either a convoy of Ts ( XRS as well for all the NA chaps) or a a line up photo shot of all the cars. Hi All On yesterdays cruise on the m4 I noticed a vibration / shudder that appeared at 100ks and contiued through to 120ks then went away. The source seems to come from the back of the vehicle and is more severe when the car is under load accelerating through this speed range in either 3rd or 4th gear ( Auto ). It even caused the drivers visor to vibrate in its clip !! I did collect a pot hole a few days ago with the rear drivers side wheel, so I am hopeful that it might be related to that ie lost weight off the wheel throwing the balance out, though my gut feel unfortunately is it might be the tail shaft. Would be very appreciative if you guys could provide some thoughts on this matter before I put the beast in for its 15k service. Thanks in advance WhiteTee

Well when I got my T, I got insurance with NRMA. I asked about if I get a mod in the future and they said something along the lines of Chips are generally allowed. Dunno if they were blowing smoke though.. Krash I am currently insured with NRMA , max NCB 38yrs old. As I will be fitting more mods in the very near future, I made an enquiry re. performance chips. This was referred to their resolutions dept. The answer was a categoric , " NRMA will not insure performance chips on Turbo'd vehicles" sorry and all that maybe you should try somewhere else. Any chips detected will automatically void any insurance claim. That said, cold air, zorts and filters are OK. Well there ya go , nothing like consistency

I agree with Zeke. "Looks better", and "looks clearer" are two completely different things. The XR dash looks so much better, especially at night. It might not be quite as clearly laid out as the SS, but IMO it's still quite good. I agree, you can't just compare the dials. They are of course only part of the overall asthetics and practicality of the drivers possy. No offence ,but no vote from me as I believe that that whole ergonomics of the cabin need to be compared so as to provide an overall context. Simple broaden the scope of the poll = T 4 me WhiteTee
