Just joshin lads should be a belter. Some of the previous posts concern me though, why would you want , or be able to handle more than one SWMBO for a whole weekend............. nah shouldn't even think like that. Just dont give emm the keys. And yes I do mean to the car , not the sacred HgAg basin in the middle of the sacrificial circle. You guys are not well

  6. What?! Not even a towbar? You aren't seriously trying are you? and importantly you have not even coloured in the lettering on your tyres white , come on man lift
  7. The LS1 boys are certainly passionate as well. Though they like to compare modded commodores with std Ts. There is certainly no shortage of comparisons with the T , interesting that they are more concerned with the T than the XR8 ( sorry boys). The mods are also pretty tough on Ford v Expensive Daewoo P#*#ing contests There are however a few posters over there with some pretty balanced views.
  8. Mazda Claims 6.5 0-100 Low 14s 400m A real T slayer .............yeah right. Not really worth worryin about he wont be back anyhow
  9. mines may 03 build , Winter White in and out
  10. Dewd Faulty bowser for sure.Have had this happen 2 me twice in 21 years of driving. Last time was in Ballina and had fuel lappin me boots. there was also a very attractive distraction a pump away. Got a $10.00 discount on my purchase due to the faulty pump not recognising the cut out point. Apparently was not the first time this day on that particular pump. Hope this helps
  11. I stand corrected. Hey Glenn, I notice that your post count is on 999! Yeah , Glenn ( spelt it right ) is an aspiring post *beep*. At his tender years just imagine the velocity of post once he reaches the age of the old grey master Hag
  12. Jeff Hows the stage 2 , what do you think ? Other than the auto slipping ( think I read that in another post ). Was this happening before the extra grunt ?.Thinks me will go the auto upgrade at the same time as the kit Cheers WhiteTee
  13. Trumpy Got ya by a key stroke this time ya faster typer you..........
  14. Judy Welcome to the site. A few questions if I may, do you own a T ? Have you driven one ? If you answered yes to either of the above what do you think ?I am sure that most here would be interested in your thoughts. I do let my SWMBO "occasionlly drive the T , usually after the normal driver has exceeded the legal limit of cold refreshment. She is far too gentle with it a bit scared me thinks as she regularly is in the beast when I give it some.

    BRAKE SHUDDER ISSUE

  16. Isn't he pretty in pink ? (circa 1980 the furs) . Mate I do know that this is one great lookin beasty enjoy
  17. Sorry Glenn ,not just the pretty colour screen but dooof sounds better 2. Cant beat them ricers at that , not that I would want to anyhow.
  18. Owna I know you have posted at somepoint what chip you are running, but can you please refresh my memory as I am curious if the flaring issue is more prominent in one chip v another, and if so what are the causes. Cheers
  19. Sorry Sixman , but I beg to differ on the "supposed " caliper fix for the standard brakes as this has yet to be proven over time due to this particular development still being very recent. More importantly the standard anchors on the T are nowhere near commensurate with the rest of the vehicles performance( particularly if modded) and are somewhat inadequate if repeatedly put to the test. Understanding you wont get a cracker for them on resale , if I had my time over again it would be premium stoppers all the way. If you were buying a used T in a few years out of warranty would you take the punt ? Only time will tell Cheers WhiteTee
  20. Cary If I was you I would add premium stoppers to your list to not only stop the T , but to keep the shudder bug away as well
  21. Ken Sorry mate, but the rest of us are not so sure. In fact the prolonged wait appears to have done irreparable Psychological damage
