Walking? Mate, flag me down next time and I'll give you a lift ... Kaine. Remember what yer mother told you. DO NOT accept rides from strangers
  3. poor poor Kenny LMAO
  4. Look guys I am totally ambivalent towards mods ,ie each to their own. Unfortunately for Brian he is the best ( read most informative ) comparison to add context to any discusion hence peoples wish to involve him. As always he is more than generous in putting across his POV. Unfortunately this seems to light the wicks of others, Bottom line people cannot stay objective, they would rather be emotive. I love me T complete with an APS system , does not mean I discount the fine development work Brian has conrtibuted to the T . Others should do like wise, where are the well placed technical questions ? Where are decent non inflammatory points of view. You guessed it NOWHERE These threads are not perported to be flame trees.PS Why is it Brian has to justify evertyhing he does to his car ?When others are happy to put across the benfits of there vehicles and run Endeth Rant.
  5. Yep happy Birthday Sniper Boy and the of ya rest as well. Geea, I am confused which sign should be first

    Series II XR6T

Even giving the 40 "flyWheel" KW gain I am not convinced that a T6 does not have more scope for mods and greater RWKWs than the GT. Will reserve my judgement , but on face value I will be going a modded Typhoon next, that is if I stay with the blue oval . They need to seriously address driveline and build quality first. As I have said before a second hand M series BMW certainly appeals We will have to wait and see . The call will be made in April 2006.
  7. As much as it pains me to say it on recent form the Wallabies couldn't run out of site on a dark night
  8. Do they come in anything than with a Blue Print T , What about a larger version for the Darwin Stubbie for our NT chums? Seriously they look great & price is not too bad given the colours used. Cripes if I keep buyin at this rate I will qualify as a Ford XRT groupie
  9. Guys well done. JB you must be happy with a mid 12 first time out with the new mods were you running those shredded tyres of yours on the back as they would have spun till the cows came home ? PSI well it is undisputable your are the fastest stock T bar none awesome effort. We need to get some more Ts out there for the next one that is for sure JB Wouldn't mind givin you a run in the WhiteTee probably improve both our times
  10. l agree Elvis, l think it was a gross overreaction. Common sense has to prevail surely. l have heard of the acronym BOB before and of course the pilot would have to be in on that joke. Clearly there is more to this story than we are being told.
  11. One of my many Zeppelin favourites. Yep , said song title is very illustrative of some of Saturday nights conversations. AND some others should not be allowed to sing any song , let alone their own
  12. Think the poor chap may be *beep* whipped. Shame really BTW gettin stuck in ( woops read tucked in )is the best bit , Now where has my memory gone
  13. Briiiiiiaaannn Noooooooooo how embarrasment Mick wasn't it Muncher man
  14. not straight Coca Cola surely .............tut tut
  15. Now, Now Jeffery I think you have omitted someone from the esteemed quartet dont you obviously you just dont remember :o Great night , though I did pull up better than some others. You know who you are. A huge thanks to Jeff and Therese for what was a brilliantly organised and thoroughly enjoyable weekend BTW I think it is well over due for the site to set up a rogues gallery for notable displays at cruise socials. Probably need its own forum
  16. "Foot"ball , pfffft obvious wouldn't ya say
  17. WTF is BB anyway. Who is Trevor and what has he got to do with chicken ? Am I supposed to know this
  18. Except for more cars , therefore more idiots and more useless drivers. afraid the lowest common denominator applies.
  19. After having a quiet drive behind JB on route to Goulburn this arvo I can tell you 12s are a no brainer , just a matter of how low in the 12s.Friggin beast Mate, bet you will sleep like a babe tonight complete with the grin ya had all weekend
  20. Shell Optimax . Though I might run a tankful of Mobil Synergy to compare. Definately no BP Ultimate , the T does not like it and any 95 ron fuel is to be avoided unless desparate, and then only with octane booster due to mods.
  21. naughty go hide in the corner
  22. Whilst there is a place for 4 Wheel Drives on the road , I for one cannot stand the Toorak Tractor mentality of owning a 4 wheel drive "truck" to do only the shopping and picking up kids, these are responsible for more bumps and scrapes than you would warrant. Speak to your local panel beater if you don't believe me......grrrrr
  23. Plonky That said , knowing Fords propensity to dodder , they should start seriously thinking about their response to the much mooted VE Late model camira twin turbo 6. Lest they find themselves facing the potential hammering they may experience with the VZ 8 about to hit the market , this I believe will still be sticking with the a tweaked LS1 , The HSV with the new LS2 is where they will really clean up. Look out GTs
  24. dorf209 Mate, to the best of my knowledge no one on the site uses Powerchip, so therfore information on in car performance and durability will be minimal if not non existant. Most here use either Excede or Unichip , as you may have lready read. A search will give you heaps and heaps of info on both Hopefully somebody will be able to add something further ohhh and BTW
  25. JB Any of you guys run Wednesday night ?? If so how did you go ? I couldn't make it unfortunately
