Mate, a lot of guys on here have driven new cars straight to the tuners and for all but non drive line issues voided warranty It's not called fraud service for nothing. Not sure about extended warranties but they probably read from the same weasel bible. I've had some major disputes with Ford over warranties ( their abuse of vehicle) etc If you want your money back , fair trade is the go. Have receipts and documentation of what happened and when. Give yourself a chance. You will find that in a number of cases it is easier and cheaper to get it fixed properly than get into extended disputes. The whole idea is to wear you down. Do your research and figure whats your best re course if any.
