no, its possible to do DIY. Some people on here have already done it but I don't quite understand how they managed to plug it into the ICC.

Hi guys, I need help in connecting an Xbox to the ICC. I have taken the dash apart to get to the aux video connector. I have modded the Xbox and set it to NTSC mode. All I need to know is which lead I need to connect the xbox to the Aux Video connector. Does anybody have a picture of this or can describe for me what I need? Also if anybody has a step by step doco I would appreciate it if you could send me a hyperlink. Thanks

aaron can you direct me to the appropraite thread on the fordmods site? also if the information I require is not there, I really need someone to explain it better, I dont really udnerstand what the cable I need looks like, so maybe if someone could post me a pic of it (from both ends) it would help, then I could figure out the rest.

Hi Aaron, I was wondering what progress you have made for the Xbox mod. I already have a mod chip in my xbox and the relevant software running. I just need to know how to get the video hooked up through the ICC? Have you had this successfully running yet and if so can you post a detailed description of the steps you took to complete this mod? Much appreciated. Thanks

Thanks Mitchy_G, this helps me a little, I just need to clarify something though. Are you saying that (aside from the audio connector) all I need is a scart cable (scart on both ends?) to connect the video part up of the icc from the xbox? also if it's not too much trouble do you have a photo of the cable I need, or any other components? if its not too much trouble.

Hi guys, im still a little confused, is the xbox mod fully workable at this stage? I can only seem to find detailed info on how to hook up a pc to the icc, but im more interested in knowing if anybody has an xbox mod that is working on the icc??? if so, can someone tell me in detail what I need to do to get this working? thanks!!!

I am so pissed off. how could I be so stupid as to reverse into another car. nooooooooo. ah well, they replaced the rear bumper within a day. but that doesnt change my problem with insurance now. I drop from a rating 1 to 3. dammit. why dont they offer rating protection for under 25's. grrrr

My XR6T finally arrived last Friday, already has 1000k's on the clock. Sports sterring wheel and premium sound. I sooooo wished I got the sunroof, ah well can do that anytime I suppose. Great car, awesome drive.

Well, bad news, the dealer contacted me today and told me my car won't be ready til the 19th, guess Ill just have to hope they get it right this time. :(

yeah, its just weird cos, the last 2 weeks my dealer has been giving me a date of the 7th, and then they ring me today with an update, to tell me that they've checked with the stock controller, who says that he's not sure when the car is coming. does this mean I cant expect the car for some time, or is it just poor communication

Do any of you guys remember anything about being able to track the progress of your car and delivery dates with your SIDO number via a website? I remember a post a while ago regarding this.

Only 3 more days and the 3 month wait will be finally over. My blueprint will arrive with momo wheel and gear knob, premium sound, scuff plates, alarm system and tinted windows this Friday. It's just not close enough

Lemme get this straight. You can connect an Apple IPOD to the premium sound system? and use the car's speakers as output? how does the ipod interface with the sound system? can you be a little more specific as this is something I would be very interested in knowing?

Here's what I have ordered for a February delivery date. XR6T Blueprint Auto 17" Mags XR Mats, Scuff plates Premium sound Also I followed a car that was in my favourite colour and couldn't resist getting the 7650 out for a couple of quick snaps. lol
