I have an SSS auto, and this thing is great! I've said this before it's a clutchless manual, and a very quick one at that. Sure it's initially slow off the line, for a split second, but if I wanted to spin the wheels I would have brought a manual, but then again, any tosser can spin their wheels! As for leaving it in drive all the time, this is just BS. Maybe you would if you have buttons on the wheel, but this thing is gear shift driven, and perfect for those down changes, short changes, and of course when you are in the twisties and want to hold the perfect gear! Take them for a long test drive and you'll see what I mean. Oh, and when your crusing at 50k's in second and want to show off to your mates, push your foot flat, throw it back into 1st and haaannnnnggg ooonnnn!!! Try that in a manual!
