Sad to say it I have had the same problem. Between the dealership and Ford Customer Care nither was able to give me a straight answer on my car. Like yourself I had my ETA's changed many times and there seemed to be a different excuse everytime. I expressed my disappointment to Customer Care and the dealership, but neither said they could do anything about it. Anyway, I have finally been given a pick up date of the 30/9 or 1/10. So not long to go. Hope you get yours this week as well.
