yea that is what I found I think, has been a while since I started..

From PHANTOMXR6: R/H front speaker has a grey/green and grey/black cable from the speaker plug all the way through to the main ICC plug. There are 2 separate plugs that these cables go thorugh before the cable terminates at the main ICC plug. L/H front cable is a bit different. It starts as sky blue/white and orange/green from the speaker plug. It then changes to orange/light green and orange/black after the first connector all the way through to the back of the main ICC plug. that is for a sedan.

did you have to remove the ICC to get to the wires at the back?

lol, I haven't done mine for this very reason. I have been told the speaker wire colours, but mine are somehow different...

Fordfreak1 mine is the same, it has quietened down alot. Only on start up as said, but I don't like my neighbours so I LOVE IT haha. All this talk about the luxury model not allowed to be loud is crap. Just because it isn't a V8 doesn't mean it can't make a little noise. I don't think I have ever heard the G6ET's grandfather the ESP quiet. Stock the C63 isn't dead quiet (mmmmmmm). For me, centre muffler removal is a win. Fordfreak1 we must have special systems hehe...

Oh good to see you found someone to take you for a drive around before you got it done. Mine must be different, best part is having no sound at 110km...

All I wanted was some more noise, and yes a $1000 exhaust will sound better, but I don't want to spend that much on a little bit more sound.... EWT I didn't have a hotdog put in as as I was told it will reduce that raspiness of the exhaust. So not much crackle etc. Basically, I wanted more sound than my stock exhaust for the cheapest price. That is what I have got, and I am happy with it. I say just do it, if you don't like it change it. Better than spending $1000 and not being happy with it, so start at the bottom I say (if you are not after power).

EWT, I had my centre muffler removed, and the exhaust bloke said he thought he should have taken the rear out, but after driving it I was happy. It is louder when started up (lumpy, big cam V8 spec (not quite lol)), as it would be, but once it is warmed up it is fine. 80-120 bugger all noise, unless hard accelerating, which sounds a little louder than stock but waaay better hehe. Good bit of crackle too. As I said in my write up, around town don't drive in D, sounds silly, in P it is good, and manual mode it is great fun. In my opinion it could sound better, but it is $120 compared to at least $1000. So when you consider that it is great IMO. It is good to hear the revs now...

I haven't changed my amp yet, in my BA it had a hiss, but it wasn't loud enough to annoy passengers, but because I knew it was there it was annoying. But it really wasn't that loud. What is it like in the FG, really loud?

Where abouts did you connect the LOC? Straight out of the back of the ICC? Because I'm finding it hard to find the front speaker wires...

Yes I have, I wrote a huge write up in the exhaust section (removed centre muffler). Go have a look in there, tonnes of info...

I have noticed that after a week or two, the pipe installed has got a carbon build up and the tone has quietened down a little. Still sounds good though

I have had mine vented for ages, and I still enjoy the sound but maybe I might block it up for a while and see what I think....

Cut a hole in the bonnet and stick a pod through, on alloy piping straight off of the turbo.... Yes officer, sure it is legal! I dare someone to do it... I'd love to but can't for some reason lol.
