I got offered to get it done at the dealership for some rediculous price like $400 for 35% but ended up getting the special tint (radio reception), 15% for $200. Unfortunately I'm nowhere near you so can't really help other than to say shop around and warranty is always a good thing.

No definately not. To go up in rotor size you must get a different caliper unfortunately.

I think I'd be concerned if my service only cost that much. I'd be worried as to what sort of job they really did and how much stuff they skipped. It'd cost more to do it yourself.

As GOD666 said the easy way to find out if it is working would be to disconnect the plumb back house and clamp it off. This will alow the BOV to vent to atmosphere and you will definately hear it then if it's working.

It looks ok I reckon. but really who cares what it looks like. u don't drive around with your bonnet open I think who ever created man had this same concept when they gave him a pen!s. Doesn't matter what it looks like as long as it does the job. It's then up to the owner to make it fatter, faster, longer etc.

You could also try Kangar style to reduce the splash. Standing on the porceline bowl in the crouched position. Had to do this once when I entered a disgusting public toilet where the seats had been ripped off and I couldn't wait any longer. The doors had been ripped off too but there wasn't much I could do about that and I was well past the point of caring. Luckily no one came in.

I like the look of the Nizpro plenum better but the six extra injectors and fuel rail on APS's plenum make up for that quite easily.

Having only twelve points I don't think bothers me too much but the thought of being booked for say 15-30km/h over the limit (3 points) twice within three years and both within a double demerit point time will encure a licence suspension. that's a total loss of twelve points in only two bookings and then having to tell your insurance comany that yes I have had my licence suspended. As you can see I'm not a firm believer in the double demerit point system.

The series 6, 7 and 8's of the Rx7's look simply awesome but the kit on this one looks a little over the top. Might only sound small being a 13B but a friend of mine has a series 6 and it puts out 520hp at the wheels, definately impressive. I would be quite happy owning one of these.

Is the NA and Turbo throttle bodies the same size? Dazza. Yeah exactly the same.

The least amount of restriction as possible is the aim when working with turbo'd engines. So bigger the better.

Hmmm maybe a Sunny GTI-R. Awd with two doors. Cheap to buy and don't go too bad with an SR20DET. Dunno about the sun roof though.

Yes that engine bay. Exactly what I was thinking. Surely a car of that build quality and price would have a colour matched engine bay.

What is crystallisation and what does this do to the exhaust system? I haven't seen any engines with the intake wrapped but I've seen a alot with there exhausts wrap.

Building an engine that produces good horse power is just like skinning a cat, there's more than one way to do it. I believe that the concept of going to a V formation was to have a better balanced engine, produce torque earlier and like eatv8 said to fit it into a smaller engine bay. The idea of Turbo charging I think was designed to be adapted to smaller capacity engines so they would produce the the same power figures but with better fuel economy. ie why GTR's are only 2.6 litre The way it works is the more air/fuel mixture you can burn the more hp your gonna make. So I suppose the best combination for big hp is to have the largest cc engine you can fit in the engine bay and feed it with as much air as it can possibly swallow ie forced induction. This is probably about as best as I can explain it so if anyone else can help or if I've missed something out then please speak up.

I also have AMG wheels and trust me they do ding when hitting pot holes. The damage wasn't due to low tyre pressues either because I run 41psi in the fronts and 38 in the rear. All wheels will ding and the lower the profile the higher the risk.

Out of all those shots fired about 10% of them actually found there target I'd say. I've shot next to a fare few coppers and I'm telling you now alot of them I don't think should be carrying a firearm.

I'll give you a 3/10 for your punctuation and spelling. I think I'd go with APS as you usually get what you pay for and they put alot of time and research into their products.

Hey..... what donk is in the pic??? Is that a blue rocker cover I see?? Was that taken at the MotorShow?? Benny........ It's the Typhoon engine which uses the same turbo. Picture taken by someone on this forum.
