So I keep getting dizzy and blurry vision after or even during a big workout. Normal or not? Thought it was due to not controlling my breathing but I worked very hard on that today and still so dizzy that I nearly couldn't drive home lol. And it was happening before I started taking Jack3D lol

I think at our level or for your everyday gym junkie egg yolks wouldn't do a whole lot of harm. But you tend to see a lot of the pros stick to just the whites. Tubs and tubs of the sh*t. Also started taking Jack3D and that stuff is intense. I have taken Mesomorph before but never remember it making my feel so hyped. Someone said it was legal speed, so true..

How much white smoke? Like a puff under WOT or constantly? All my turbo cars have spewed a bit of white smoke from time to time when I put the foot down and never had any serious issues. Best to just take it to a shop mate. They will tell you pretty quickly. I hope it isn't major though.

I lived in Endeavour Hills for around 25 years of my life (29) and after moving into Carlton (cnr Lygon/Elgin St) and still having most of my close friends live out that way if not further there's no hope in hell I would ever go back to the suburbs. Just visiting my god daughter in officer becomes a day long event and when I am there all we can do is watch TV because there's f*cking nothing around! I do miss my garage full of toys and big backyard but they are so easily replaced when I think of what is outside my door. Anyway back on topic, does anyone have a good shredding plan they could share with me? Wanting to try an 8-12 week type of deal to see where my limit is. Diet, supplements, workout the whole deal. Any info would be great! Thanks

All of them. All they really need is a tune and regular servicing and you will always have a nice street machine.

Im finding I need 2-3 days sometimes more between doing a muscle group due to soreness. Is this normal? Im lifting pretty heavy straight off and I havent really lifted much weight for many years.

Oh lord another "why does my car read so low" thread. Figures dont mean a great deal. Does your car feel quick? Are you happy with how it performs? If so then who cares if it has 200rwkw. My FG has a little over 300 where as my BA had about 350, according to the "dyno". But my FG, in real world applications, would destroy it. Dyno numbers would be relevant if every car was measured on the same dyno under the same conditions.

Wouldn't it make more sense to just raise it again? Why keep it low, because it looks "cool?" So is wasting thousands of dollars on repairs.. Its real cool..

What GYM do you Melbourne boys go to? Just rejoined after a 10 year hiatus. Finding it easy to lift the weights again 3-4 times a week before or after work, as long as I get myself there Im fine. My biggest issue is saying no to the crap and the harder I work the sicker I feel after a big feed. Any suggestions to suppress and over active apatite and uncontrollable cravings?

According to the law and common sense im a horrible driver. Im inpatient and I tend to be 5-10 over the limit most of the time. But in saying that I haven't had an accident for around 10 years nor have I received a speeding fine or any other type of infringement for around the same period of time. Im 29 so to get through my 20s always owning a pretty fast car and not lose any points is a pretty big deal to me.

Why waste so much energy on it? I dont agree with what Ford are doing but these cars are rubbish in terms of quality we all know that and they come with a limited warranty for a number of different reasons. You say its 3 months out of warranty? Why should they help you? Im sure its a common well documented problem, but what exactly do you expect from Ford now? They have no legal obligation to fix your car whether its a known issue or not now that it is outside of the warranty period. If that were the case you would have people bringing their cars back in 10 years time for the same issue. No doubt if you take it to court you will have a good chance of winning but why waste so much time and effort? I would fix the car, sell it on and never buy the product again. I can confidently say as much as I adore my FG it will be the last Ford I ever purchase. You really do get what you pay for and these days 40k dont get you much apart from 2 seats, a tray and a nice big turbo.

Get a tune and some mild mods. Invest the rest and continue to save, then in a few years you will be able to buy a real performance car and not just a taxi with a turbo strapped on that will give you no end if grief... Or you could go down to one of many workshops and get one of their 10k packages that should get you very close to that 450 number. There are a number great reputable shops that produce a lot of big HP cars with good packages for under 10k. Just shop around do hours of research and make up your own mind. You will get a 100 different opinions on here which will just confuse you. I spilled just under 10k into mine and got around 320+ with stock turbo and I think it is too fast for the street as an everyday car. Will spin the wheels at 100kms let alone 60 which most roads around my area are capped at.

This should be stickied for all those dickheads out there still willing to do stupid sh*t like this. You're a real life example of the consequences of a few short seconds of fun. Almost 10 years since my last ticket and I am very proud to say so. You should be proud to that you are able to not only admit but learn from your mistake. Well done.

These days unless your car has had a bucket of money spent on it and had some major engine work done the mods add little to no extra value. If anything it makes it a lot harder t sell than a factory car at the same $$ value due to obvious apprehension and uncertainty that goes with buying a car that's been modified. For example the average price on car sales for a UTE like mine, same year, same spec and km/s is around 33k. I have put 10k under the bonnet alone and I cant even get a phone call at 35k. that's not to say I expect to get 35, but even an offer of 32 would be considered. I think its just easier as a buyer these days to play it safe, especially when these cars are no slouch to begin with.

Before my first ford turbo I had a deposit down on an R33 GTR. Dont know if I made the right choice lol. I had the VE SS and it was a great car to own just didnt have that excitement I wanted, but if I had to do it again I would have bought a Golf GTI. I dont think I will ever buy another Aussie built car. They just dont stack up dollar for dollar, not from my experience at least.

You have to ask yourself are the big builds worth it? They all seem to end in tears at some point. Good luck bud, go hard you need to get what you paid for...

that's the best part about having a mild car, they drive so well but can really move.

Dont try and understand why these cars do what they do mate just be prepared for when it happens. Do yourself a favor dont let it stress you just talk to some good people and get the best option possible for a fix. Having blown a 5 speed I doubt it is that, im pretty sure you have put a little hole in your block. When I blew my 5 speed in the BA the car always felt strong and went hard then one day it just let go.

Very nice car! Love it, but how the f*ck do you call this a sleeper? It has blacked out rims, *beep* black tint, dumped and twin pipes... If I saw you cruising I would KNOW that it wasn't stock.
