  1. You make a lot if good points MADF6 but being educated doesn't mean you know more than the bloke who isn't, especially about his own body. Not saying that's what you meant but I find a have received a lot of bogus advice from people in the fitness game that sent me backward but have come leaps and bounds with a lot of the info I have grabbed in this thread. Whether it be training splits, supplementation, nutrition or injury recover. I'm extremely happy with my results so far and I did it with very knowledge and no assistance from anyone else outside of this thread. They have kept me informed and extremely motivated and have done it because they are passionate and give a sh*t and obviously for free.

  3. It's all about macros. Protien, carbs and fat. Get it in anyway you can as your body doesn't know the difference. I don't follow IIFYM because I feel like sh*t when I eat junk but it can and does work. And I can assure you MADF6 there are some very big and experienced boys in this thread so I wouldn't call bullsh*t on anything that's being said. As for pics, I threw some progress shots up a few pages back but I'm still pretty small. How about you get the ball rolling.
  4. You will always feel full after a shake. I feel full simply due to the amount of water I take in while working out. But getting big as I'm sure Stifler was tell you isn't about eating to feel hungry it's about fueling the muscles and you need more than 3 squares a day to do that. It's also my biggest issue ATM with putting on size. I'm getting better but after hating my body for so long I am almost phoebic about putting on fat so sometimes if I feel a little bloated ill just starve myself which is sending me backwards! Well I'm getting super lean and a lot harder just not putting on enough size. But I'm taking the next 2 weeks away from the gym and then I'm going to hit the mini program Stifler sent me and see how I go. I haven't had more than 3 days off in a week since starting in July. Most weeks 6 times and I'm just exhausted.
  5. Heard a lot of good things about the Vegas scenario. Will be doing it next time I go. My cousin has an R8 (Audi not commo lol) only the V8 version so probably not a true super car but I was lucky enough to get behind the wheel of that and you quickly understand why these cars are so expensive. It's all about the little details. Like the OP said if you haven't ever driven a super car it's worth the effort. My other cousin has the masa GT but I haven't been able to get into that yet :-(
  6. Im sure most of the gurus on here will tell you the same thing but it you plateau or see a decline in your results its almost always 100% down to nutrition. You might think youre eating clean or taking in enough calories to put on size but youre probably not. Genetics account for a lot of things but they will never stop you putting on muscle or getting very lean. Being big, hard and shredded has very little to do with genetics it come down to hard work and sacrifice. Sure there are people that gain or lose a little easier than the next person but I could give you 100 example of either very fat or super skinny people that have turned into shredded monsters. But it took them years dedication. So in short yes youre being soft haha
  7. Never too old mate. Some of the best pro bodybuilder are in their 40s. It's really not only a young mans game. It's gets harder no doubt but that adds to the fun :-p Are you part of a gym or just do this stuff at home?
  8. How do you know it's not realistic? Why not push yourself and see what you can achieve. That's what I did. Told myself for the next 12 months I'm going to work hard for all the sh*t I put my body through over the last 10 years. If I knew I would have achieved so much I would have done it much sooner.
  9. Anything is better than nothing but listen closely to what these guys have been saying. It would also help to set yourself a goal. Something achievable like dropping body fat by 5% in 6 months and then finding the best plan to do so. It's all about diet. There can't be any compromise including mayo and cheese :-p it all makes a difference and to have a flat tummy it really does take a lot of dedication and sacrifice.

Good thing is he doesn't talk a great deal its more George Farah who is also a bit of a tool but trained 5 of the top 10 Olympia contenders this year. So I guess he knows a few tricks.
  11. Should you consider trading in the 20s and getting some 19s to avoid the use of spacers? These cars can be dangerous at the best of times so mitigating that risk could be your best option. Plus I think 19s on a BA at the right height look perfect.

  17. The new meso is ok, Jacked is like cordial but A1 have some of the old formula jacked. I usually switch between ronnie colemans MYODEX which gets me pretty wired but I can't go last a double shot of Swollen. It's the only pre workout that gets me going like I was pre ban. It's just hard to find as a lot of places don't stock it.

  21. A lot of what you said is very incorrect mate so I dont know how long ago you worked for the business. Over the 4 years I was with them the standards had risen quite dramatically as they had to due to expectation. Well I guess I can only speak for the stores that I managed but it was essential for all TMs to be able to assist in all areas of the store. Anyway, that's your opinion and Im sure a lot of people share it. But with the level of success they have had over the last 15 years I honestly doubt its 100-1. But obviously like you I left for a reason and I wouldnt go back either. p.s Officeworks do sausages in some of their stores..... I f*cking hate sausage sizzles...
  22. The knowledge of someone from a Big Box retailer is far from pathetic and so is the service. You cant compare someone from a paint shop as a paint specialist to someone who needs to have a basic knowledge of over 45,000 different lines which the average Bunnings stores stocks. The training they receive is predominantly onsite with a little Dulux sanctioned support so they do a pretty good job IMO. Its like expecting the person in the deli at the supermarket to give you comparable advice to what you would get at your local butcher. If you want quality meat and advice you go to Donati's not Coles but that doesn't mean Coles have a sh*t offer they simply dont specialize in any one area. You could always know more and if I was after specialist advice I would go to the specialists like yourself. But with over 250 stores and counting, most trusted brand having recently pipped vegemite for the title, I would suggest the product, knowledge and service they are offering is FAR from useless.
