Haven't been done for foglights, but I have been fined a hunjy for resting my arm on top of the door. On another note, I've sped past quite a number of highway patrol cops. They never turn around and chase and I reckon they see what car it is and don't bother. Thoughts? Cheers

Hi All - thought I would take the time to say G'day. Live in Bouvard and drive a BFII Silhouette 6 Speed Manual Turbo up to work in Spearwood most days. Best mate owns Lane Ford in Mandurah and Geographe in Bunners & Busso. Have been referred to a mob in Bunners called Adrenaline (spelling?) for tuning. Say g'day if you see us out there - will have RAMONES number plates in 6 weeks.....cheers! Mouldy

Cheers for that Mark - I wouldn't have a clue how to take the pads out, so will have to take it to someone other than a Ford dealership to do it... I love driving a nice bus, but I find it interesting how many people know how to perform such tasks! Is there anyone else on here who doesn't have a clue???

Sorry, just when braking, regardless of pressure. Ford have told me it's a problem which can't be rectified. I don't have any mechanical expertise to do anything myself, so any ideas would be appreciated. I drive 1200kms per week. Cheers!

Have thrashed the brakes for the last two weeks and still no good. Any other ideas anyone? Cheers!

G'day All - I purchased a '06 BF MkII XR6T in August 2008 - Silhoutte 6 Speed Manual. New to this site, which seems very confusing......so many categories!! Can anyone tell me what can be done about squealing brakes? By squealing, I mean ALL the time. I have contacted Ford and they have said nothing can be done about it. All of the threads I have found on here apply to pre '04 models. Does anyone have an idea of what can be done? I'm gonna try and replace the whole shebang under new car warranty soon if all else fails.....I'm really pissed off. Thanks!
