  2. hey guys been a member for a few months now and just do the occasional read. dont own a ford but looking at jumping into one hopefully very soon. im currently in the market for an F6 Typhoon Sedan and started doing my homework on them and was wondering if you guys could shed some light on what are the key things to look out for when getting one second hand? pretty much all my driving life iv been an import owner. mainly skylines. atm I have a R34 GTT with usual bolt on mods and tune sitting at 245rwkw. so I generally know what to look at when looking through a 2nd hand cars. but is there anything in particular that I should focus on when looking for a typhoon? there are 3 cars that I have my eye on but all 3 have driven between 100000-110000 and would like as much info as possiable on what to look out for. the usual will be done so compression test, turbo shaft play and the usual service history check. thanks in advance Ash
  3. hey guys looks like the turn out from this club alone will be impressive. ill allocate a spot for you when you can fit about 20 cars. if you have a lesser turnout not to worry just means you can spread it out and make it look even cooler :D see you all tomorrow

  7. thanks for posting that up dillon. tried sending pm but your inbox is full so ill post this up. if you like you can add this to your post above and delete my post hey guys as dillon has posted we have gotten a few car clubs togather for a show and shine to raise money for the bush vire victims. here are the details that has been posted on other clubs. ta Ash Let us get together and put on a show and shine to remember, with all donations going to Red Cross bushfire appeal. The event will be held on Sunday the 1st of March, that's this coming Sunday! We do relise that it is of late notice, but it has taken us some time to get a venue. So now that we have one, lets get this show on the road! The show n shine will be held at the Manhattan Hotel in Ringwood(Corner of Canterbury and Heatherdale Rd). Everyone is welcome to come down and show off their car, no matter what it is. The gates open at 11am and the show will be on till late. If you're planning on displaying your car, you are welcome to come earlier to find a good spot as I'm sure it will be filling up quickly! There will also be some club displays as well. Entry is a $10 donation per car if you are putting your car on display or would simply like to admire the other cars. There will be NO CHANGE GIVEN. So if you don't feel like donating more than 10 dollars to those that have lost their family, friends and houses. I suggest you come prepared with the exact amount. All proceeds from the day will be donated to the Red Cross Bushfire Appeal. Entry to the venue is only from the Heatherdale road entrance as other parts of the car park will be blocked off. Our friendly boys in blue will be present, so please be on your best behaviours and leave the heroism at home. No one is impressed when you give the police a reason to pull out their defect books. So clean up, polish and wax your loved one(no, not your partner) and come along! Lets show our support for the bush fire victims and have a blast doing so. (This event has been officially registered with the Red Cross.) ALSO IF BY FRIDAY WE CAN GET ROUGH NUMBERS ILL MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE FOR YOU ALL :D
