Ok here are my impressions of the new car. You might be suprised to know that I did not test drive before buying the car, I just took the punt based on the rave reviews I had been reading about the car. These are seriously good cars. This engine revs beautifully and sounds great. The brakes feel strong. The interior on this model is terrific, great dash layout, all very simple to use. The wife loves it. The kids love it. The dog hates it because he wont be going in it. Happy? Yes. Never thought I would buy a brand new Ford. Kind of waiting for the door handle to snap.

Awesome car!!! Sorry about the photo quality, the missus took them. Its got a tint and a towbar, no other options. And 3 kids seats in the back. First impressions are that this engine is a ripper. I have always been a Expensive Daewoo man, waited nearly 18 months for the VE Wagon (LS1) and the rear was too small for the twin pram!! But the pram fits really easily into the ford boot (it was very difficult to get it into the VE sedan boot) So Ford won a customer because of boot size.

Ego, with black interior and tint. Really looking forward to picking it up.
