Rust is on the outside, because Ford doesn't seal the gap where the filler pipe is, water runs down there and gets to bare metal, causing rusting from the inside.

So, car is currently falling apart... Still having the headlight problem, car goes in for service soon so will talk to service manager. Bumper must have got caught on a curb or something (I don't recall doing it, might have been parents), grey insert of bumper ripped out. Headliner just randomly started to hang down where it meets the windscreen, what the f*ck? Anyone know a good place to get it re-glued that wont charge an arm and a leg? Oh, and another rust spot has appeared on the rear quarter panel on the other side of the fuel cap. f*cking fords.

Dam, sucks about Steve and Luke, just realised I had tomorrow night off so I could have attended I can't really think of anything that needs done to my car, unless anyone can treat the rust on my rear quarter panel then respray it

I'm 23 $160 a month is not bad tbh. It is what I was paying when I first insured the F6 for 35k.

Soo SGIO had my car listed as an 05 XR6T the whole time (how does this even happen? insuring an 05XR6T for 35k...) anyhow, they finally fixed it after me telling them numerous times, and my payments jumped from 202 a month to 248.. So I argued it and they agree to beat any better quote by 10%.. Went to AAMI who would insure my car for 25k instead of 21k for 160 a month... Now I'm paying $148 a month with SGIO... winning :D -Edit- Sorry to hear about your car man.
