Looks good Link. I guess the only thing that concerens me is- is it legal, what happens if you have a front end smash, does it come through the windscreen? The standard bonnet will crumbell rather then detatch and come off, and there always the insurance probs. Do you know if there legal Link? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Its probably not unless they have re-run an ADR 69 front impact test for occupant protection. They would have to do this or proove by computer simulation to have the cars re-certified but I'm sure they would advertise that widely as the cost would be huge. Not only the risk of the bonnet going through the screen but airbag timing is an important consideration when you alter the front structure that affects crumple in an impact. my 2 cents.

The 10% rule is set out in sections under assesing vehicle modifications which the engineers have from vicroads, your right - it doesn't say so on the website.

Peter, what about the engineers report and durability issues ?

How likely is this ? I'm guessing a T56 is the best solution here ?
