  2. Fitted mine, looks awesome... No hang over and yeh fairly straight forward install..
  3. My mate said that the flapper was closed but had a tad of tension on it, the question is anyone sell any actuators with a longer thread so it wont provide tension on the flapper? If so who sells them/
  4. Hey Guys, Just done all my stuff to my car which included 60lb Siemen Injectors, Walbro GSS342 Fuel Pump, HDi Intercooler and Turbo with bigger flapper and such. I put the tune I have for the 60lb injectors and it runs nice, but im only getting 5psi but should be 8psi... Now could this be the Intercooler dropping the boost? Or could it be the wastegate keeping open? Seeing as its a new turbo and such we were checking the actuator and it was alright but it was on border line and further and it be open so yeh just seeing if anything can think of a reason... Before you say anything its going in for a custom tune but because of the V8's everyones booked out atm.
  5. You can get a few more kws with a nice tune and get some more fuel economy too.. Not a waste of time in my opinion.
  6. Finally with all the headaches the turbo is back on.. Yeh fun job seeing as the bigger housing wasnt going to allow actuator to fit. Went back to .5 housing which doesnt bother me..

  9. So far I havent spent to much... $210 for GSS342 Fuel Pump $565 for HDi Cooler. $300 on 60lb Siemens Injectors $560 on Flash Tuner $450 on Tune $120 on WRX Double Platinum Spark Plugs $300 on ETM Oil Line Car already had exhaust done, but do need to get a bigger cat besides that yeh.. $2500
  10. Atleast you know the Fords front bars are tough... Seen many cars hurt worse!
  11. Here is some handy advice... Take to your CAPA person and get them to flush the ECU and stuff proper. Because believe me they can still tell that theres been edits done and then you will get bent over proper style just like I did... Because remember Ford dont care about customers... Yes I said it, its because its true... Like giving your car back with 2 Turbo Studs and a loose dump...

    Any upgrade on them is good so yeh. But these are the 6 piston fronts 4 piston rears hey? if so they gotta make a large difference.

  16. Big weekend this weekend! Its Long and Big! Installing my HDi Front Mount I/C, GSS342 Walbro Fuel Pump, 8mm Gapped Spark Plugs, New Turbo (Has .7 compressor housing) and also the ETM Oil Line and Filter... Then on Wednesday go into HiTune to get her tuned but before I go inside put in my 60lb Siemens Injectors.

  21. I have a heavy "Bullzeye" mat lucky it creaps up but doesnt stick accelerator down, instead sometimes ya try to give her curry and its doesnt knock back a gear with a few seconds of WTF you look down and yeh find the issue!

  23. So yeh bottom line if I dont put the injectors in just the fuel pump would it be alright until I get to the tuners?
