2004. Had a run in my turbo and so did the boy........like watching grass grow. Not sure when Bobby Jane pulled the pin- 2005?-but now all the gay boys mancamp it at Heathcote. ...........a dangerous and confronting experience.

Dunno jetster-Something megafarkinsik for 2004- maybe 280-320 rwkw and Low 12's I believe.I think it had more than that in the end. Tried finding shiftys posts on here but the records only go back to 2006 This might interest the ancient ones like Daz and bosco-and a young Brucie in attendance too.

aw okay then. From the Community hall to my place is about 200 metres-that skid is 199 metres if its an inch this is shiftys car from way back when.

Do what you really want to do.You're only held back by your own expectations of life-so raise the bar. Sold my business and should by out by the end of January...and already started to wind up the new enterprise. Yes find a fill-in if you need to but ask yourself what you really want to do.and sneak up on it.

Cross entering and the amazing talent of J. Richards helped to make the legend-you're spot on. I could see how Skaife could get a helmet on-but how did he get it off without dislocating that snozz.? Its a young focused athletic mans sport now-bye bye Skaife

Yea it is hard to fathom from the point of view that the F6 is definitely the sharper tool,but having driven V8's all my life apart from one XR6T-I'd say it has a lot to do with prestige,image,tradition,the sound and feel. If you own a GT you're driving a (perceived) legend.......and that's what GT buyers want. Different strokes for different folks.The GT could be quicker and more agile in standard form but that can be addressed to some extent,by the owner.

I wonder whats next to celebrate.I can't remember any Tickford anniversary specials,and how long were they in existence for? I guess when sales are slow a limited edition can help.Something along the lines of the ED XR8 Sprint might have been better?eg A base GT with a moderate power power hike(if possible?),unique colours and wheels,and maybe a track suspension option? or..............as 03XR6T says bite the bullet -use the blown Shelby engine and call it a GTHO?.

Flip side is importing.I bought my Muzzie @ 94c against the greenback .There was a window of opportunty there a while ago where the oz dollar was strong but not now.I think Koshy is on the box tonight to tell us why our dollar is so weak...I'd certainly like to know :wacko:

When's the car show on?I know that there's 1/8 mile drags on the 8th and 9th of March in Whyalla and a number may be going up there.
