1.
Well, one of them is high quality...the other is a poor attempt at a copy of my unit....still, I feel great knowing that I am helping a fellow Aussie in need....shame it wont fit with the ZF trans (which is 80% of the market). Kev
Mate my tanks are 100% Australian made, you can come watch me build one if you like. All Products used are bought from ballarat, this helps the local economy and local jobs. Please dont make up rubbish about them being made in another country.
 2. I have sold over 150 surge tanks of different sizes and to suit different cars this last year and never had one complaint or problem with any of them. The bracket on this tank is strong enough to hold tank full and vibration forces, it’s not designed to have 100kg rocks pelted at it and neither are any other surge tanks that are made. My Tig welding is far from poor, I weld around 4 days a week 8 hours a day and have full qualifications to show. Yes a robot could probably be more consistent, but if you don’t like what I have to offer, then just go spend $1200 on a alloy one from plasman? I am offering here a quality alternative to the excessively over priced tank already available on the market. All my items come with a lifetime warranty, I will repair or replace item if it cracks or there is issues with it that are my fault. Cheers, Nathan.B
 3. Hi Guys, I am the builder of these tanks, I own a custom fabrication business in Ballarat Victoria and I am a qualified welder and sheetmetal worker. I posted up deails of my busiess and photos on here last night for you all, but the moderating team deleted it all, and told me Im not allowed to advertise on here so its gone. Any how, tanks are fully Stainless Tig welded and the welding is as good as it gets. I dont ever clean up any of my welds with a grinder or flap disc as this weakens the joint, gives a faulse impression on weld quality and reduces weld bead strength. The mounting bracket is made from 3mm solid bar and has bracing on either side as shown. Its also double welded both sides to the ensure strength, even in an accident. I have included some close up photos of the welding and bracket. If I can be of any more help let me know. Cheers, Nathan.B
