  1. ...or the hypnotic rockstars... hmmm. what to do???
  2. So I mocked up a quick photoshop this morning of the wheels we have on hold/lay-by for when I get to sydney in April... 90% to scale, of Lenso Eurostyle 5 in 20inch and 22 inch. We're getting the 20's as I tow a boat, and can imaging what 2 tonne would do to the 22's rubber, lol.
  3. am I the only one that sees a Kluger in the headlights and front third of the car???
  4. oh and finally, is it lowered? Looks slammed!
  5. MORE MORE MORE!!!! I 'was' going 20's but after seeing 24's, am thinking 22's are a good compromise. Sooo many questions... How do you go with load rating etc with 22's and 24's? I notice you've got the tow pack as well, do you tow with the 24's? If so, how wide are the wheels, do they ear excessively? Finally, how about some more piccys, so I can try and change my missus mind into 24's lol!

    Mining Jobs

Just trying to source some numbers atm. Seems someone opened their big mouth on site about me trying to hook up some mates, and well... a lot of positions were filled almost instantly. Not many with my mates. I'll be finished my roster monday morning, so will hopefully have more for you then.
  7. *edit single 3 inch after the 1st muffler.
  8. Hey, I was having a stickybeak around under the car today, and have noticed that the cat to 'massive rear muffler part' has twin 2.25 inch pipes running into it (this is where the bung normally is). Upon further inspection, the rear side of it is single 3.5 inch with a smaller muffler and twin tips. I've had the de-bung done, but I'm actually toying with the idea of having the front section dropped out and running a single 3.5 inch from the cat all the way back, and having the rear muffler replaced with a single in, and single out 3.5 inch, rather than a single in and twin out. The obvious benefits of this mean later on I can just drop the cat out and replace it with a 100cpi hi-flo variant. What are peoples oppinions on this. Obviouly the d-bung works wekk into the 330+kw range, but why not run a 3.5 from cat back if it only needs one section of the exhaust replaces and one muffler replaced?

how much u want for both?
  12. have a mate who bought and dynoed one the day he bought it. 327rwkw, I'll see if he can e-mail me a scan of the dyno sheet. It's on youtube somewhere, will try to source link. After going for a drive in it, I would say that it would definately give my old 360rwkw XR6T a run for it's money... traction control works a treat in getting the power down, but it's actually quicker stalling it up a tiny bit and driving through the wheel spin. As a small and obsolete comaprison, it destroys my stock 2010 turbo territory off the line. No chance on my behalf.

f*ck ME DEAD, I only got $17850 for mine, fark!!!
  16. Definately add this as a sticky... well done, looks like it does the job perfectly.
  17. As the title says I'm chasing the paint code for the turbo territory ghia icc. Its a dark metallic black/grey, with a silver matallic flake through it. Does anyone know it? Is there a way of getting some made up? I've just bought a console, headunit surround to go below it, and it came in silver, as per the standard icc colours, and I'd like to paint it the same as the rest of the icc. Cheers.
  18. So ive had the turbo territory for all of a month and a half and I'm over the premuim sound, lol. basically I'm after some of the tech heads advice on a shopping list. The budget is restricted to 'affordable'. But I'm after a full replacement of the factory items. 4x 5 inch speakers for the doors. 2x tweeters for the front. 1x 8 inch sub. and an amp to suit. As an example, I enjoy listening to my standard system on 25 (perfect volume level to get the blood pumping), but the metal, and hard rock we listen to gets all distorted around the 18-20 mark. (I know, listen to dance, or more mellow music at 25 and enjoy what I've got, but that sh*t doesn't pump a car load of 6 blokes when we're headin out for a wakeboard, lol) Im also looking for an online site, or an affordable place to purchase these items from over the phone. I have an audio guru that will fit and 'tune' the system for me, but his advice was to speak to the 'sound guru's' from this site as they would have a LOT better idea of what works well in these vehicles. Also, can someone tell me where the sub and amp are located in the 7 Seat territory ghia. Pleas insert shopping list here... LOL. Cheers guys.
  19. If you still have this in a couple of mnths I might grab it... waiting on insurance from my 'build motor' that was wrecked by the floods. it WAS an Fg short, and I had a mildly ported FG head... I'm spewin, just glad I hadn't bought an atomic rebuild kit yet.

I got a new arsenal of maguire's cleaning products and some wax, but it's still in the bag!!! Too wet to even consider a rinse, lol.
  21. N e one interested in a start in underground mining pm me..... We're screaming for workers. you'll be a contractor but accommodation and meals are provided in emerald, and it's take home around $1200+ a week working an even time roster.
  22. I'm an u derground miner for bma (bhp) My average work week is 3.5 days a week (12 hr shifts) and normally jam a 12hr overtime shift in. I'm busting my balls to pay off my house and build another one. So with overtime, and our production bonus I'm aiming to gross $190k. It's dirty work compared to open cut, and a LOT more physical, but for the record the safety levels in australia are unheard of anywhere else in the world. But I love it. More money, more time with the kids, and a lifestyle that let's me know one day I'll retire happy. Btw we work 5 on 4 off, 4 on 5 off, 4 on 4 off. Having grown up in a mining town I vowed to never work in the mines. Now I have a permanent job, I'm kicking myself I didn't get in earlier.
