I have a mate with an 05 STI with 265awkw, I beat him, in a proper race at the strip, with 360rwkw, on a set of 19x8.5 with nankangs, lol. My car was auto, his was manual, but he did the usual WRX 6000rpm drop clutch start, and I stalled mine up to almost 3000rpm, but had my foot HARD on the brake. My guess is it'll be VERY close, but you might just pip him.

First up is to strip the old girl down, polish the frame and wheels, custom carbon work... and something that requires a BOV, lol.

I'd love to see a 4L motor decked and run a short stroke 3.6/3.3L that redlines at 13000rpm... That or a 3.0L V8 twin turbo 16000rpm motor in the territory, lol... Unfortunately I don't have $100k to build it, lol. As with most of Spiro's stuff, I'm sure it will be more than most of us mere mortals can dream about. I'm guessing it has to do with the build that was commenced at GAS last year? Please mr Spiro, enlighten us, lol.

Could this thing possibly be pushed into the low 10's high 9's??? Hey guys, I recently purchased a 2010 Territory, and it came standard with a roof mount dvd player. Now here's what I want to do, but I have very little cpu knowledge, and even have trouble searching for what I 'think' I need, lol. Please help... On the back of the roof mount dvd player, there are 3 A/V plugs, red, yellow, and white. I'm wanting to wire into them a portable HDD media player, that can be mounted in the dash (so it has to be roughly single din size) or make a bracket to support it in the glove box, and wire it up so it powers up when the car is turned on, and so that I can remove it to upload onto it at any given time. Does anyone know of any 12v HDD media players that fit my purpose, and if so where from? Maybe someone on this site sells such items, an would like to make a sale Secondly, the roof mount dvd player is wired somehow to the icc as when I select AUX on the icc the audio from the dvd plays through it. Is there a way I can 'piggy back onto these cables and hook the HDD media player up that way and save myself having to get an auto electrician to run wires through the roof to the back of the dvd player? Finally failing that anyone on the site sells such items, can people point me in the right direction. I've got a 4000km round trip with the kids coming up in a month and really want to have this sorted for some 'peacefull travelling'. Cheers.

sorry, only got a 05 fireblade worth $10k... sh*ts all over the chopper for handeling, speed, braking, performance... but just doesn't have that WOW appeal. Also seems that when you twist the throttle a little bit of your licence just disappears, strange that, lol.

I just finished reading through this thread from start to fininsh, and was thinkin... Trav copped some sh*t when he joined, then, low and behold you added your post... Everyone has their goals, mine were 500rwhp, blew over $17k, carelessly changing things without objection and wasting money, then blew a motor. If I had have taken that $17k, gone to a tuner slapped it down, I probably could have had a bulletproof 400kw car. Now I've moved on, a new turbo territory, a respect for the engineering and $$$$$ it takes to build a performance machine, and a nice new block sitting in the shed.......... but I've said too much already.

I found with my BF XR6t the rhs bolster was flattened, so with my new territory I've been making a point of sitting smack in the middle of the seat, and have found that it's not wearing at all, only done 13000kms, but they are still like new. Maguires leather conditioner works a treat!

A mate recons that I should get the lenso's then have the tyres white walled so it gives the illusion of having bigger wheels... isn't this illegal?

The lenso's are load rated and apparently the hypnotics aren't... So the lenso's it is.

I guess I'm bias towards the ghias with the bonnet scoop.
