I've had mine for 7 months now, and I's about to go in for it's first warranty claims. The rear brake light has cracked out around where it has been mounted, the rear has paint missing from where the tailgate and window rubs, so I'll be sticking it to them about that too. The console around the gear lever has cracked at the mounting point, the idler puller is squeeling like a bitch as well. So that my start, My only concer is that they will not cover any damage to the ball joints or bushes, and I've fitted 20 inch wheels to it... can anyone confirm or deny this for me?

Sounds to me like a 'generic tune' problem. I'd be taking the car to your nearest reputable tuner, throwing some coin at an X3 Box, and a couple of custom tunes. What it cost you to do this, will save you in long term engine damage.

Apart from for does anyone know where I can get one from? Auto salvage has none, and I can't source one anywhere... Anyone else got any tips? Or perhaps a ford part number for me Cheers. Also, what else will I need to replace to make the fg plenum fit? Throttlebody perhaps?

Did anyone else thing the 60 foot time was extremely slow considering the power this thing has and the fact it's awd? There are some xr's over here doing 1.6's with half that power, in a car that weighs 300kg more and with only rwd. Apart from that, that things a weapon, imagine dropping it back to overtake a truck... there goes 260kmph in no time, lol.
