yo gloo iam hearing u totally . I was 22 when I braught my first house only me on the loan so sux major ass but deposit deposit deposit is the only way a major bank is gunna lend u cash yes devine do a no deposit jobby look into it big time . My mate did the no deposit thingo it was ok but he still used about 2 grand on bits and pieces through out the process. look what I did was saved 10 grand yes f*cking hard then went to comm bank and only borrowed 187. plus my 10 made 197 I braught from devine due to the best value for money hands down and everything is included. and again I burnt up a cpopla grand on sh*t through out the process. devine as a builder top quality for the money and every thing done butt. but be aware of the current rates 230. grand @ the 8.5 ish % its gunna be 450 aweek then the insurance and bills in general it adds up fast u will quickly realise that your car ant gunna get a dollar spent on it for ages trust me but we all have to start some where and good on u for being smart about it just for the record I had no loans credit or radio rentals when I went to the bank totall clean record and 10g in pocket yes jumping through hoops does come to mind. hahaha. cummon go adelaide your we got um a um a well a we got holdens factory but holdens are sh*t we ant got crap adelaide sux hahaha well all I can say ive lived here for 22years and there isnt much underbelly style gangs.(melbourne) and we dont have a tone of junkies hanging out in a main street kings cross (sydney) we also dont have a vast amount of chineese (glod coast) and I built a brand new house for under 200grand not to far from cbd and a bit of land aswel. u wont get that in any other state our beaches are great good surfing. there is no power restrictions for p platers there are no toll roads and best of all when u go on holiday to the other states u get to see all the flashy things and it seems worth going there. whatta u reckn

well it took me 1 hour so far to get the grill ,wheel arch guards,front bumper,air dam, dievers headlamp assy,horns,and factory intercooler out burrrrr longer than I thought but nuffin broken yet ahahah. the orquard part is gettin the factory intercooler bolts un done on the drivers side but that ant that hard really iam just sookin scraper by f*cking nuckle.

oh I know what those little pricks are ive owned a au2 6cyl and a au3 xr8 220kw hahahah and they still use them tisk tisk

had a look through the other posts and not quite getting the info I want. Firstly iam am hearing lots about high kilowatts and not a great deal about diffs in fact any of the drive line (except the t5 yeh its sh*t) what ive found is that the diff feels great nice and tight better than most standard cars instant lock up between wheels. What I dont want is to do a few mods yhe diff shag its self and every one go derr it was never gunna handle that power. So ive had terriable experiance with diffs b4 even up graded diffs from experianced reliable workshops.Iam seeing 300rwkw from most ppl and every thing seems fine is it really fine just drop a line letting me know what power and if any troubles or extra regular maintence type of oils etc. If it is the case that there sweet as I wont worry about doing anything to it but if I find there crap I will get it beefed up b4 any trouble starts.
