hi mate no have not thought of it actually.. I remember seeing on ebay you could get the 50th ann stickers in different colours.. will look into it. cheers haha thanks mate dave sure does a great job tuning these things.. he was comparing my tune to yours when he was tuning it.. .. your turbo made more boost down low then mine which is a bugger lol.. very happy with it now. thanks dillz plan on keeping this ute so trying to do everything right the first time lol. dont really miss the F6 as had nothing but dramas with it lol.. wait and see how much I get back at tax time will look at getting a built bottom end for it. I made it battery bracket up myself but decided to get rid of it out of the engine bay before I got it retuned last week so moved it into the tray.. was looking at a rapid one and plazmaman 1 but with the stg 3 cooler piping they would not fit.. here is an upto date pic of engine bay as of 2 days ago lol..

yes mate just swap them over. the bracket with the boltholes on the calipers will be different to ba/bf for the bigger rotors.. if you get both side by side you will no what I mean... I put my fg calipers and rotors on my ba xr6 work ute just wack them on and bleed them lol..

here is my system.. paid a bit for it but im happy with it.. fuel lines I made my self and made the 2nd pump bracket aswell so it clears the zf lines. brought all my stuff from MSCN speedflow 200 series hose and fittings. still going to change my feed and return lines from tank and put an aftermrket filter in to fun e85 bit like IH8TOADS's feed line.. was going to make my own system from scratch but did not get around to it.. later on when I get my built bottom end and up the power all have to do it upgrade of -6 lines to -8 from surge tank to fuel rail..

luck of the draw with xforce exhuasts.. some fit perfectly some are f*cked to fit with out them knocking on everything.. I have had 3 x force exhaust systems 1 BA ute twin 2.5", 1 BA F6 sedan 3.5", FG ute 4" all have fit pretty good though.

Thanks Travis I think its leaking from rear main lol always something like I told ya haha. Will sort it out 1 day as it's not leaking too much. Sweet bet you can't wait mate hopefully it fixes it. Don't think I will make it either as I have to head back to work for day shift the next day. Let me no how you go with your car to mate. Cheers

Thanks panda eyes process west gear is pretty awesome.. That's all good bjc sorry about the cooler it was sold before it was even off the ute lol.. Yeah 85 out of a barrel mate have to find somewhere to buy it from first. don't think there are and servos this far up that has it. fingers crossed the zf is all good.. Trying to eliminate things. Don't think it's zf oil leaking as I opened the bung on the zf and it's different smell to it. Must be engine oil. got a new rocker cover gasket today as the other had a split in it at the back so see how it goes now weither that was the problem will clean it tomorrow and take it for a drive and see if it still leaking. If not might have to look at the rear main.

hey mate nar he did not mention it.. will be getting an E85 tune soon for the drags but that might be a while off yet.. probably have not seen me around im in airlie beach mate ute is in the garage most of the time anyway just a bit of fun keep me out of trouble lol.. have not been up that way before only been as far as bowen lol.. sorry already sold the stg 2 cooler a while back mate. thanks ford freak will do cheers

thanks guys.. yeah list of mods so far are Process west Stg 3 cooler Process west fuel rail and fuel reg Process west surge tank 2x 044's Process west race airbox Braided fuel lines Atomic ovate v/springs GT 3566r T04z 66mm comp wheel .7 comp cover 12lb actuator 4" Xforce exhaust injector dynamics ID1000's pretty happy with everything atm apart from a little oil leak that im trying to find.. no marky did not end up doing head studs of balancer yet.. wait till after tax time if I get enough money I will be buying another built bottom end to put in and be done with the motor side of things..

No not running different fuel mate there both done on BP98 just more boost lol. Yeah it's lots of fun now that's for sure. Yeah fingers crossed its not a hard fix to stop the leak hoping its just a seal. Haha yeah not much off 600hp that will do for now on stock bottom end lol..

im 29 now been operating machines for 12 years now and had 2 back operations from operating machines.. moved into working in quarrys then in the mines since 2005 when I started for barrick gold at lake cowal gold mine in nsw. sometimes I get over all the bullsh*t and politics that goes on at work but its the same everywhere ya go.. pays the bills just got to let the sh*t go over your head and not let it get to ya is the key.. just play the game lol..

nar mate works fine now I connected to main power source.. tune is 19.5lb and boost gauge sits on 20 now where its suppose to.

Yeah a few mates have left where I am for a start over there with BMC. All brand new gear and working for owner operator sounds pretty sweet. Yeah a while back when I did my trainer assessor course there were a few blokes from there said they will be changing shirts when downer leave.. We still have 3 years left in the contract where I am so but when that finishes will look at an owner operator company again. Yeah mate alot of ppl FIFO out of brissy to mackay then get the company bus to work. You can salary sacrifice the flights too. Still get paid when that happens when ever there is an incident just stop work and wait for the go ahead to get back to work. Alpha won't be starting for maybe 1-2 years away.. There are a few owner operators up here mate BMA, BMC, Peabody, Rio Tinto also the big contractors working for them like Downer, Thiess, Leightons

lol bet its cold down there haha.. wont be long and will be freezing at work again up here hate winter lol.. have a bloke at work who worked at HVO done a trainee ship there.. bloody dozers hate the things lol.. downers will be out of millennium soon contract is ending Peabody is taking over.. Poietiel think that's how you spell it BMC is taking over that too and leightons will be out of there alot of places are going back to owner operators..

oh k sweet mate.. on the 340's mate nar he is not on my crew buddy im on D crew.. suppose to be out there now but on holidays.. mate messaged me on facebook earlier said bloke on training drove wheel dozer into a truck and they have been shut down atm ( he is a kiwi ) haha.. glad im not there atm lol. I use to work for roches/downer down the hunter a few years back now at boggabri then wambo.. might head back down that way one day.. think there are a couple blokes from coppabella back in roche days on my crew actually..

some places in moranbah for rent prices are upto as much as $3800 was said the other week on the local news lol.. there are not a real lot of FIFO in the bowen basin mate.. most places use buses we have buses from cairns, townsville, rockhampton, airlie beach and mackay for every shift rotation.. we are 4on4off.. but having no luck with BMA atm (BHP) untill the moranbah airport up grade is finished and Cavel Ridge extention of peak downs start which is suppose to be FIFO.. some ppl live in camp atm mackay rent is way over priced same as further down the coast like rocky. myself like alot of others are waiting for Alpha mine to start which will be FIFO out of pretty much everywhere.. yeah mate shovel operator out there

mate where you wanting to go?? WA QLD NSW?? I work for Downer EDI mining at Goonyella Riverside up the bowen basin the turn over is crazy people coming and going weekly.. I no a lot of the greenies that have started with downer have just applyed on line mate photographers, butchers, chlid careers lol.. they have a new contract about to start at blackwater and im guessing they will take on greenies there too like most places are ATM cos of the skills shortage.. qld you need different tickets from WA and NSW different inductions and so.. alot of ppl just want to get rich quick like mentioned above you want a carrer or job?.. not a bad life living in the whitsundays (Airlie beach) 3.5 hours from work lol

nice work from minimal mods and stock cooler too mate and got to be happy with them times.. hope to get mine tuned on E85 soon.

I will be looking for a different power source as mine wont calibrate properly on start up cuts out and is out of wack only the boost gauge is affected.. its about 10 out sits on 5vac and boosts to over 30psi lol.. tuner figured out what was happening yesterday when ute was on the dyno.

I have no tramp problems at all with mine.. I have pedders leafs and have not had a drama at all in the 1 1/2 years I have owned it.. my old ute I had the leafs reset and was not the best so this time I brought lowered leafs.. I have upped the power as of yesterday with a retune with street tune of 415rwks and 444rwks for dyno time will tell if axels bend or not..
