  1. Hey guys, Basically I spent the last hour or so looking for this issue, to no avail it seems no one has posted about it. Anyway, here is the problem... When I am slowing down at low speed (25km>), the front brakes seem to kind of grab and then let go, this happen up to 3-5 per second, kind of sounds like morse code. It does no sound like scraping or anything like that, more of an electric sound, I guess you could compare it to the abs testing itself. Almost always happens when turning left at low speed, pulling into driveways and such. I guess I am just a little at my whits end with it, as I am having to pay $900 for a diff rebuild next week, plus service, plus another weird enpine/acceleration problem that I will not speak of here... Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and it's a BA XRT 2003 - Auto. Thanks again Ps- Very rarely, if it has a serious fit, the abs and traction control light will come on and not turn off, I have to restart the car to fix it. (Perhaps a faulty abs fuse?)
  2. Hey all, So I did do a bit of a search on this topic, but whilst there was a brief discussion about it a while back, there was no real "How to" post. My BA XRT sounds like an old air conditioner on idle, im 99.9% sure its the Heat shield. As I am new to B-Series, can someone let me know exactly what I need to do to remove the thing, and how long it should take? Thank you in advance guys!
  3. Yeah so this is weird, I have a Dec 02 Build XRT Sedan, premium sound, no sockets though, just the little hole where it should be.... Very sad face :(
