I better start saving then for mods in that case too . Can the 6 speed manual gear box and stock clutch hold its own for 300rwkw+???

Cheers for the quick responses . I have not been in an F6 yet, was looking around for one to test drive but hard to find a manual around... Insurance is more for an F6 though :(... I have taken a few cars for test drives but there's something that I like about the XR6T. Hopefully I can find out what an F6 is like before I make up my mind. Oh and Benny, yeah you are right about what you are saying. The VIII MR runs high 12's, so that's what I meant when I said it was fast. I just really like the pushback feeling when driving, it is very soothing to me and so I'm after that in my next car.

Hey everyone, I'm new to the site and am considering buying an XR6T. I took a BF manual for a test drive the other day but it didn't give me the "pushback feeling" I was expecting. My Brother has an EVO VIII MR and after driving that, not only is it fast it feels fast. If I were to get one I was reading about the Capa flash tuner available for it, my question is, if I get that and get the car tuned by a pro to 8-10 psi (from reading this is what stocko gets tuned to with the capa unit) will it have that "pushback feeling"? For those of you with a stock XR6T who only have the capa and tuned can you tell me what difference you feel in how it responds. How much faster will it be 0-100 for example?
