nah just at home- I thought that if I went to a gym I wouldnt go.... so patrick bought a bench off gumtree, I had a barbell, dumbell and some weights from years ago, and a mate gave me various weights when he moved. ive got a variety of 1.5's, 2.5's and 5's. also have a good health stream evo treadmill that I (sometimes) do 3km at 6kmh (after workout), flat first and then incline up to 15*. I cant run or jog for too long, so fast walk. should do it more often though... thanks for the encouragement though guys..
