ocd I was born in Mclaren vale

my mrs gets a new car. 2 years old now- just clocked over 20km. meanwhile I get the 160km clunker. (insert violin here)

I got some of those led resistor boxes when I did the blinker led globes in my bf tail lights. I mounted them on top of the rear light housing, checked a week later and they had started to melt through. plus the auto lights would always act like its night time (screen would go into night brightness mode). so I put the original blinker globes back in.

had to buy another Odyssey yellow top battery cause mine died. I guess having the car sit in the garage for 5 years will do that....

not stuff I 'just' bought- got my new trailer a few months ago. out grew my old one- both in size and weight. this will carry 2 tonne, and has electric brakes. also wont rust or have paint flake off like my last one so future proof. will prob outlast my career lol. had to drive to Dandenong to get it though cause would have to sell a kidney to buy one in SA. sigh.

mate plenty of more than knowledgeable people on this forum that can point you in the right direction. maybe just write like its a letter to your mum, not a drunk text to your mates. something like: 'I have a turbonetic 7268 turbo on my 2008 FG XR6T. I was wondering if it would be any benefit to swap to a precision 6466, or maybe a GT35r- I'm looking for quicker spool times. is it worth the upgrade? or is there something else I can do to help spool times. thanks all- especially Panda Eyes- he's such a legend".

I didnt feel like going to work today. stripping an ensuite upstairs. yuk. managed to organise a labourer to take the rubbish downstairs so me and the lad could just hook into it and not have to run up and down all day. totally stripped it in 2 hours😄. win.

nah. all paid except I think he has about 5k owing on the ute. he's planning on hill climbing the gtr. just for fun though. they do a good one up willunga hill every year.
