    first up was just a tune.- $1000.00 including flash box. then came stage 2- I bought big cooler (from fs forum here- $750), valve springs and injectors off ebay (new $630). he fit it all, supplied the wastegate, pump, cat 'mod' and tune ($1500). still gonna get big zorst (or at least big dump, to spool up quicker) then chase down some more power..... cant recommend bruce enough for knowledge on all things xr6t.

  6. hi guys went back to see bruce again today, talked numbers/ boost/ etc etc. decided to work on my tune again, maybe wind a bit more boost from earlier in rev range and generally try to make it feel quicker from 0-100. seat of pants? yeah, it's better. spools up quicker from stand still. feels quite impressive really. was advised to get a dump pipe to enable boost to come in earlier (any for sale guys?), but what im realy keen on is getting some e85 and getting a tune for that. any one else using this? any hoo.... heres my new dyno graph. cheers bruce! good work.
  7. either way the wiring is all there. easy to upgrade. suby? the best factory system I ever heard was in a mini cooper s I hired while workin in cairns. harmon kardon system that kicked alot of aftermarket ones going around.
  8. mine is going back in tomoro for a tidy up of tune and another point of boost. hopin for 320+ rwkw. then might take it for a run down the quarter and try and crack an 11....

  14. I got a 341 put in by my tuner. if you dont get a surge tank, be careful of wot under 1/4 tank. the accelleration pushes the fuel away from the pick up= engine starving/ cough/ splutter. im in that situation- now its time for a surge tank of some sort....
  15. am going in for a retune on wed. gonna try from 303 to 320+ with extra boost/ tidy up of tune. but as it is whenever I get lower than 1/4 tank she coughs/ splutters due to g's pushin all the fuel to the back of the tank. ive got a walbro pump in tank and dekas. whats the cheapest way to ensure adequate fuel is always there to avoid this? dont want my bottom end going bang.

  17. it's not that I didnt like it. I guess with half the vids on here being funnier than the last, it was just different than I expected. part of being in a forum is accepting all comments, positive or otherwise, dude.
