  1. cant agree. I did mine today, and experimented with removing the chrome ring, but the halos are round, where the headlight opening is not. so there would be too many gaps to look any good. with this particular halo kit, on top of the ring is the best way by the looks of things.... pics soon.
  2. im addicted to test drive unlimited atm. driving style is a bit diff from others, but variety of tasks is cool. cars have there own distinct sounds. scenery is great. every time you hit the brakes though the screech sound is the worst.....
  3. got mine today! might put em in tomoro- picks when I do! question though- can I put one ring only on each control box? I only want mine on the main beams.
  4. 44 gallon drum= 176 litres= 3 tanks= 3 weeks. doubt it'll go off in 3 weeks?
  5. its a sad fact, but most find the best way to recoup money is to return to stock, sell the car and sell off the parts individually. its more work but most good parts sell on the forums without too much hassle....
  6. what the hell is a drumb? although it rhymes with dumb.....
  7. has anyone thought about buying 44 gallon drums of race fuel for at home? do you need a licence? the closest outlet for me is 40ks away.....
  8. question though- plenty of irish and jewish j okes on here, but my aboriginal joke gets deleted- what gives? its a light hearted thread- I never started a hate thread against em??
  9. just a thort then- how bout using fuel injectors? cheap to go grab some from a wrecker- excellent spray pattern.
  10. oh come on...... I had just pressed my fav frock! :smilelove:
  11. on the track for sure, but that 11 on the track would be more like a mid 12 on the street. and that wont equal low 4 sec 0-100. a veyron doesnt need a track to consistantly flog anything else.
  12. check the search feature and see if you can find an older thread on water sprays. theres an article that julian edgar (aka fast fours and rotarys) wrote about a kit you can buy that sprays automatically when your car NEEDS it. when you give the car a burst of wot, it DOESNT need it- the cooler is quite cool, but heats up quick shortly AFTER a hard burst. this article is really interesting, and they tested average temps through a run of various speeds/accell. etc, and this kit keeps temps stable, by spraying WHEN YOU WOULDNT- in fact it seems to spray at odd times, but when the cooler needs it. anyways, do a search, its a great read.
  13. glad you loony's had a good run. hopefully I can make it to next one.

  15. with the extreme heat and cooling down of the turbo, it causes the nuts to loosen over time. it will keep happening if its started. get on ebay and buy some g locks. that's the only way to fix it once and for all.
